Paid for an upgrade to a lake view room, yet is was old and in dire need of a refreshing. Also, not sure if construction was going on above us but it was very noisy at all hours of the day and night

Our room was clean and quiet and we had two bathrooms! I couldn’t believe it! My only issues were that there wasn’t any fans in the bathrooms and the beds were a bit too firm for me. Other than that everything was amazing!

The only complaint that we had was the the coffee table in front of the couch had a lot of deep scratches, also the bedroom window had scratches. I reported it and listened not to worry other than that. It's a great place. We had a wonderful time.

The outdoor pool was terrible dirty the room was old looking. You need to update it bad it’s pretty bad when you still have popcorn ceilings in your room that’s years ago. You need to update that motel and I’m gonna spread the word about it. In that restaurant you have in there the food is lousy and the service is lousy. If you wanna hear more, you can call me. Thank you.

Super nice. Two bathrooms are key.

The receptionist was so nice he upgraded our room so we got a nice view and the room had two bathroom which was so convenient and unique. I wish we could stay more !

You need to up date your motel. I can’t believe you still have popcorn siblings in the room that’s old. Let’s update it especially for the money you pay for the room sorry but I wouldn’t recommend that motel that all it looks.

Great location

The room was clean. The smaller bathroom needed some love. I could not get the shower door to open. Ate at the small pub and the fish tacos were excellent. The Hotel is across the street from the outdoor music venue and there is a walkway that goes under the street. Easy walk to the venue as well from the Hotel. I would stay there again if going to the Music venue.

The noise from the engine is too loud

The room was fine, and nice to have two bathrooms, but in 4 days we only had housekeeping service one time. The carpet was pulling up and the furniture was tired, but the bed was good and sheets were nice. There is a resort fee but no resort amenities. Self parking was easy and $20 / day. The hall smells funky but the room was ok. The hotel needs a refresh.

Staff members are very helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at Harrah’s Lake Tahoe for a family birthday weekend! The location is fantastic—within walking distance of Heavenly Village, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and having two bathrooms was a huge plus! We loved the classic Tahoe atmosphere and made some wonderful family memories. We would absolutely stay again!

The staff did give us a credit towards a meal in the restaurant but only after I asked.

Great location. Room was very nice. The Brews Brothers restaurant in the hotel was really good. The casino and pool areas were very nice as well. The registration staff need to understand English. We were asking about the parking and cost, and the registration girl kept saying "yes we can take your bags" and " yes, there will be someone". We finally walked away. She understood nothing.

Nice hotel, but not luxury status. Parking was supposed to be $20, but was $35 when exiting the parking lot in under 24 hours.
