The hotel has been very well remodeled. It is in a great location near the beach and the strip. I would definitely stay here again.

The rating on Expedia is completely inaccurate. Go look at Yelp. Pros 1) dogs are allowed 2) clean 3) near restaurants and shopping. Otherwise we felt ripped off paying $400 per night 1) there was no human at the lobby and so of course it was locked. There’s an advert that says free newspapers in the lobby! We didn’t need extra towels but I don’t know how we would’ve done that 2) the cleaning lady was nice but she started cleaning before our 11 am checkout. 3) the pool had a lot of bugs 4) you get a coupon for the beach but not enough for everyone who stays and you still have to pay. Other properties had similar prices with a gym and breakfast. Will try that out next time.

Conveniently located near the amphitheater

Room was nice enough. Check in was as easy. Called and got a text with the room number and code like an Airbnb. No complaints with cleanliness. AC kept me cool for the most part(it was wildly hot for Tahoe normally). Overall, I will stay here again for sure. One of the nicer non-casino accommodations. It can get pretty dingy in Tahoe lol. This place wasn’t dingy. Plenty of parking, or at least enough that I never had to park on the street. 8.5/10

Every time I walked in the room barefoot the bottom of my feet turned black. The shower curtain had red mold across the bottom of it. The shower didn’t seem clean in general. The AC worked well. If we wanted housekeeping you had to pay an extra $25 for it which was annoying so we didn’t and ended up just keeping our dirty towels and garbage in our room with us. Probably wouldn’t stay here again unless it was a much cheaper price than what we paid. Location was great though and it was walkable to the main area of downtown.

1. Liked that there was an access code to enter the room and no key cards to worry about. 2. Great location with food and shopping within a quick 10 minute walk 3. Very charming spacious room. Loved that there were 2 stands for our suitcases and the place to keep luggage was off to the side almost like a walk in closet. 3. There was a microwave and fridge in the room which was great to have. 4. Parking was easily available. Cons 1. No housekeeping!! Would have liked fresh towels at least once more than on the first day, We stayed for 4 nights. 2. Would have also liked the trash to be taken out everyday. 3. There was a $25 charge for #1 and 2. Have never experienced that before. 4. The fake plants were a bit dusty. 5. The coffee make was charming but the coffee was lukewarm when made.

I don’t recommend anybody stay there

There is NO STAFF. When you call the phone number listed, it goes to a San Francisco phone number, and a no-name voicemail picks up. There is another phone number I found online, and it was disconnected. I had to email 3 times for check-in info that was supposed to be sent 24 hours before check-in. I finally asked Expedia to help get our check-in info. There was no refund option; otherwise I would have cancelled then. 3 hours before check-in, we finally got the info for our room, and only because Expedia helped. NO ROOM SERVICE, no phone in the room to call anyone in the hotel. No one to ask for new towels or pillows (pillows are awful), no one in the office ever. I paid $900 for 4 nights, and we would have had better service at a hostel. The good: The location, the room was clean when we arrived, and the bed was comfortable. I would not recommend.

Great stay amazing location by casinos and downtown South lake ..contactless to get into property ..room.. amenities which was really nice and easy .. room clean and quite properly

Room was fairly clean, and the location was great for the rate we paid. Walking distance to the beach, shopping center, and lots of big hotels/casinos. The lack of in-person check-in was a bit unfamiliar since we couldn't really request any refills on amenities, but the bathroom was fully stocked with shower supplies and toilet paper. Shower was a bit older, but it did the trick. WiFi worked great, and checkin/checkout was a breeze. Parking spaces were right in front of the rooms, and there were plenty of spots available.

Very clean

Gentleman was exceptionally helpful at correctly the room we were originally assigned. He genuinely cared about correcting the problem with the room. No clean towels after the first night. No maid service after the first night. We stayed three nights with the same towels and sheets. We had to clean our own room and dispose of the trash. Bathroom shower stall was very small. Parking was terrible. Facility does not have adequate parking for the number of rooms. Spaces are very small and if you didn't have a spot by 4PM good luck. We found ourselves returning to the hotel early just to obtain a parking spot then we used alternate transportation to complete our activities. Staff is only available by message service, no onsight availability.

Great room, clean and comfortable. Very convenient location, easy to walk to the strip. Best checking in/out process ever ! That was a huge plus for me.

I loved how clean it was, well taken care of, great amenities, so cute and cozy. I would 100% stay again. I loved how respectful this hotel is with their “quiet time.” And very easy check in
