Great location, friendly staff, great breakfast.
-
Such a fun location!
-
Everything was top notch. Staff were amazing, everything was very clean and pristine. The shuttle to and from the airport was so convenient. Parking at the hotel felt very safe. We will be doing this from now on when we fly out of St. Louis!
-
Room was nice. Parking is tight due to parking lot footprint. Staff very helpful .
-
We had an issue with our sheets, but the guy at the front desk took care of it promptly. It was disappointing that the bar in the lobby was temporarily closed.
-
Absolutely perfect in every way. Breakfast was very good.
-
Good value plenty places to eat. It is a ways from downtown. Looks closer then it is.
-
Nice and clean. Had a great breakfast.
-
Great hotel and location in Downtown
-
Not sufficient parking
-
Clean, quiet rooms and attentive, friendly staff. Not the Ritz, but a good place for families or anyone else wanting to discover St. Louis (so temper your expectations regarding amenities). As it's about two blocks from the Interstate, you can easily Uber anywhere. Downtown seemed quite safe to our group (all first time visitors). Would definitely consider staying there again,
-
Great location and a nice hotel. Easy to get into and out of. Parking is $25 a night which I thought was a little steep but overall it was a great stay.
-
Very clean and quiet. Close to union station.
-
Parking was tight.
-
a full length mirror is needed. I had to look through the shower glass to see my outfit and it didn't give me the clarity of what i needed to see. And the lighting could have been a little brighter, the lights were kind of dim and dull.
-
The staff were very friendly at check-in and check-out. The room was nice. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was a typical continental breakfast, but we had plenty to choose from.
