It was a place to spend the night.

I request for Room locations was met perfectly. The breakfast was decent. My only complaint would be that the room smell, dusty and musty. I suspect it was the carpeting. Having a pool right off the lobby was not the best layout. But, we probably would stay again.

The room was very clean and a lot of pillows on the beds. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was excellent, the food was fresh and the staff kept it clean. I would definitely recommend this Best Western for anyone needing a very nice place to stay. The AC kept the room cool.

They charge 100 deposit which is 50 less than they used to and still 50 more than most other places. No blackout curtains, no ceiling fan, and what felt like 5 year old pillows. Wont be back.

Go somewhere else!!!!! Staff is NO help at all. I accidentally booked a room for 1 night a week before I actually needed it and they refused to move my booking date and refused to issue a refund. I told them I would book another room for the correct date before they issued a refund and they refused to do that either. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. They were extremely rude on the phone and it’s not worth your time. I have NEVER written a review until now. They are a terrible business and do not care about customers AT ALL!

Great hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and everything was well maintained. I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I’ll be happy to stay here again!

The staff was amazing, she was super helpful and made our check in and out run smooth. The room was clean, and comfortable. And was a nice place to stay for the night when passing through St.Louis I would stay here again if I had the need too.

Staff was rude, we arrived 2 hours early, I asked if we can check in and remind you I have worked in hospitality for over 17 years, front desk attendant instead of looking to see if our rooms where ready she pops of with check in not until 3 and early check in will be 40.00 extra on what I already paid for 2 room for 2 nights.. WiFi don’t work, don’t expect to work done on your lap top also couldn’t use a game console even for movies. For what we paid for the rooms, saying you provide internet is a completely lie and the second night we was there above was completely ridiculous, can’t turn tv up because it don’t go up high,, pool was freezing, grandson was in for about 10 min and he feet started to turn purple. That’s how cold it was. Very disappointing all the way around only staff that was nice was breakfast attendant and the gentleman working the desk

Staff was top notch. Gym had barely anything, most of which was broken. Breakfast was not tasty. Not sure I’d be back.

We enjoyed our stay, the staff was really great. The front desk staff, Crystal and her co worker were very friendly, knowledgeable, and fun! They should all definitely get a raise and a bonus!
