staff was friendly. the travel size conditioner that was left in the bathroom for our stay when i opened it, looked like someone else used it before us because the inside of the cap had conditioner dried up in it. disgusting. we were not provided any shampoo. otherwise it was a basic place to stay. having a full size refrigerator was nice. the bathtub is a fall hazard as when you use any soap or shampoo it makes the bottom of the tub very slippery so i had to stand on a towel because i almost slipped and fell. would i stay here again?.....no.

no breakfast offered the front desk spent too much time outside. Seems to cater to long term residents

Property was under construction, staff were acting as if they were on drugs. No amenities, coffee machines, ice machines . People smoking marijuana inside facility. Prostitution actively going on in the building.

Check in quick and easy, front desk clerk was a sweetheart. Plenty of food options in walking distance. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. Would definitely stay here again.

I love staying at Woodbridge suites. The location is perfect - close to family I visit, an on site laundry, in a mall with groceries, restaurants, and a dollar store for items I forgot to bring. Convenience at its best. The staff is helpful and friendly.

Ok. Where to begin. I made the reservation online. If I could have walked out w/out losing the entire prepaid 6 days I would have. Karen at the desk lllllllwas nice. Shannon in maintenance was helped when my door wouldn’t lock as I left for the day - no strike plate. Yes, it was unlocked all night. Each step required a Herculean effort because of the many layers of an unknown “sticky ick” on the floor. There was a nice home size refrigerator & ice maker and that was the best feature in the whole room. The 2 burner kitchenette might have been an helpful option if pots/pans/dishes were available, apparently I missed the signage for the rental of these things. There was only thin sheet and coverlet on the spring frame. Too many other things and issues to mention but you get the same gist.

I like the place. Was told no rooms available then went online and booked them. Never as cheap as they say they are. Night guy didn't want to cone out of office. Told no rooms and the evening guy didn't want to wait on us. Was not friendly. There online and cheaper.

The room and everywhere inside and outside is very nice. The whole staff especially the office staff are friendly and helpful.

The room was clean. The elevator is a little rough. The main thing is this is not a short-term stay hotel. That is communicated at the property, but not so much when booking thru hotels.com. So it's a little bit of a surprise if you check in as a short stay.

Bed was very uncomfortable, and had to throw away my own trash away and walk to dumpster myself and I read on brochure there was a $5.00 maid fee to clean my room I was not happy at all . Very disappointed the only staff member that was awesome to me as a guest was Karen great job Karen thank you so very much.

Soap machine In laundry room ate my coins. Didn't get my dollar back No change machine. But y they wer wer friendly and I think that's why the guest are friendly.

This hotel had bed bugs. While in a nice area, the hotel has multiple police reports due to the nature of the clientele. While the manager was nice and said she would provide refund it's been weeks and I still have not received it.
