Motel 6 Springfield, OR - Eugene North

DISH NETWORK is garbage 🗑.

It was much brighter around the entire hotel than in the past, which was great in cutting back lurkers and less attractable to undesirable attention. The air conditioner was difficult to operate as text warn off and what you would think would work didnt, but eventually that worked. Plenty of parking, and quick access to freeways. so as I said, not a very high end, but for the money it served its purpose.

This would be an OK place for an overnight stay. We reserved a room while we were on the road when we realized we were too tired to keep going. I reserved a room but when I got there, they said that it was a ADA room and so they sent me to another room with two double beds. Unfortunately, I felt like that room had been occupied temporarily before us. The TV was on, there were dirt clods on the floor, as if somebody had walked through there. While I was in bed, I could smell a faint trace of cat pee. I didn’t ask to remedy the situation because I knew that they were very few rooms available if any. We were only there one night. I had the sense that the night person didn’t really have any other staff to work with so whatever issues that were arising were her responsibility while also checking in customers. The lobby had well stocked vending machines with items that could be microwaved as well as items that you would need while traveling, like razors and toothbrushes.

The room was clean, and the bed was very good. Air conditioner worked very well. If you stay, bring your shampoo and conditioner. And only one small bar of soap was available in the room.

They were very helpful. However the shower could use more pressure.

Spend a little extra. Trust me. Don't stay here

The room was quiet and clean. The bathroom seemed upgraded. We traveled with a dog and had no problem.

Amazing staff This is NOT just a "job" for them, they are courteous, helpful and empathetic.

Also appreciated Expedia's detailed receipt which noted the microwave and fridge in the receipt. It was a fabulous place to unwind after a fantastic but hectic journey to Glacier National Park where Circle R Motel in East Glacier Park needs to take a lesson from Motel 6 on standard amenities such as Wi-Fi and cable instructions 😔‼️ Thank you to Motel 6 and Expedia for partnering to make my return to normal awesome 🌹🥰‼️

Also I was charged for August 3rd but I did not get there until the 4th as one section of my trip was cancelled and I spent the night in the airport in Orlando

I stayed from August 4-9 and my room was never cleaned once and the towels were never changed. I did ask for new towels at one time but never got them. There was garbage piling up at the top of the stairs as well
