The staff in the lobby were very friendly. The rooms were clean, beds were comfy, and there was a couple of chairs to sit on which I like so I don't have to sit on the bed all the time. The pool was indoors which was great because it was raining when we got there.

This Hotel is in the Gateway area, so easy access to freeways. Our only complaintd were the bathroom. The floor tile grout was very dirty. They didn't provide bath soap or body wash

The facility was very well maintained and the staff was friendly and helpful. They were quick in attending to our requests for some plates to eat to go food in our room and check on the tv that was flickering. One thing that was a bit annoying was the heavy bathroom door kept closing behind you with a bang so I am sure others could hear it just like we could others.

The hotel its self was amazing the beds were extremely comfortable there continental breakfast was delicious and it wasn't a normal bagels and cereal breakfast it was ehatever you wanted cook to order I loved it my only complaints was they advertise heated in door pools the pool was frezzing cold and the hot tube was only Luke warm. And the second complaint was there hidden fees. Nobody told me when I reserved the room Noone told me when I was checking in or even when I checkout they never told me about there parking fee I just got a random bill and a charge on my card for parking not OK that upset me. But overall still a nice hotel I would go back

The breakfast was unimpressive. We found the property to be a bit sub-par for a Hilton. Good location near the freeway. That's about it. Probably a good choice for families looking for an affordable stay with breakfast and a pool.
