My stay at SpringHill Suites was nothing short of amazing. The booking price was very reasonable, and check-in was quick, easy, and smooth. The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was great, and check-out was hassle-free. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend staying here!

I liked that the property was in a good location I don’t like that if you cut the air conditioning unit off, there was a slight smoke smell in the room that was noticeable. I also noticed that the bathroom could’ve been a lot more thoroughly cleaned. Not sure if it was even cleaned to be honest.

The room was small 1 bed no trash bags in any of the garbage cans, I told the front desk clerk and I was told I could come down and get some, no one ever knocked on my door to see if I needed anything, I never seen the housekeeper until I was ready to checked out and I was there for 2 days.

I did not like it. It was dirty it's smelled like cigarettes I was not able to stay at the hotel I checked back out. Smelled like mold in cigarettes in the room I was suppose to be in.

The breakfast Some creep came n knocked on my door at 6 am housekeeping did not supply clean towels n linen u had to go ask. The ac was also horrible not cool enough

Hotel was clean and good for a short stay. Area is convenient to most things. Plenary of options for food.

The bedding was stained with what looked like fecal matter. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned well, the toilet seat was loose and the shower drain was clogged. Also, a bunch of unsupervised teens running around, in and out. Wasted my money

Bathroom had bugs. I took a picture. Room wasn’t fully cleaned. Lot’s of baseball kids were running and screaming throughout the floors and hotel staff did nothing.

I DIN'T GET A CHANCE TO SAY AT THE HOTEL, THEY CLAIMED THAT I DIDN'T HAVE A RESERVATION

BREAKFAST WAS OK HOW GROWN PEOPLE FROM THE OUTSIDE CAME IN FRON OUTSIDE DOOR AND TOOK OVER THE POOL, KIDS COULD NOT SWIM NEVER ANY POOL TOWELS,. HOSUEKEEPING NEVER CAME TO MY ROOM IN THE ENTIRE 3 DAYS EVEFN AFTER CALLING SEVERAL TIMES TO TOWELS AND TRASH BAGS AND FOR GRANDAUGHTER THAT THREW UP. NO ONE EVER CAME WE HAD TO CLEAN UP WITH ROOM TOWELS , AND I SPRAYED FLOOR WITH MY 91% alcohol. They only stocked the room with towels for 3 people and 5 people were booked for the room. Also a lady was running down the hall searching for front desk staff with no clothes on , her breast were swinging and she was screaming call the police he beat me up, she was up and down the 1st floor area 3 time because she accidently locked a 4 month old baby in the room.
