The reception woman was so bad

I normally don’t left reviews but this hotel was so bad I though I should warn all future people thinking about staying here. Day 1 the toilet paper hold fell off when I reached for some toilet paper. Still day 1 there wasn’t an iron in the room I called guest service number and after having to again I was brought an ironing board with the layer of fabric you iron on didn’t fit the board, no way to use it. Day 2 I shower in the handicap shower, well the shower curtain was 6 inches off the floor but I though if I was carful no water would splash out oh boy was I wrong, the edge of the shower was flush with the floor no way to keep water in, 30 minutes later and having to use all towels, hand towels and wash cloths the floor was dry. I then go to use the toilet and as I sit down the toilet lids slides off as did my body as I hit the floor, no worries I wasn’t harmed during the use of the toilet, I then had to fix the toilet lids slides off. As I go to leave I inform the front desk everything that had happened. I let her know all the wet towels are out in the hallway and that I will need a lot more want I returns b

I was very pleased with the hospitality. The rooms were up-to-date and clean. My trip was a last-minute decision, and I was pleased that I found one that I would use again for future planning

Taking a shower and water running on the floor, that was Not Good.

Overall this was a good choice. The hotel looks nice and the room felt comfortable and clean. Staff was helpful with my request and it’s helpful to have a noon check out.

The pool could’ve been cleaner than it was but overall the stay and hotel was great

Rooms were clean. The Wi-Fi was horrible $4.95 a day just to stream movies is wild in Trump’s economy these days :(

After having a bad experience at another hotel, I needed a room on short notice, and this hotel was able to accommodate me quickly, which I really appreciated. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was helpful. The room was noticeably cleaner and fresher than the previous hotel I had stayed at, which made me feel much more comfortable. While the overall experience was better, there is still some room for improvement in terms of the condition and upkeep of the property. Overall, it was a decent stay, and I appreciate the staff for helping me during a stressful situation. I would consider staying here again if I’m in the area.
