Location was the only good thing. -Staff weren’t friendly - room had mould plus the carpet had food steins and also food on the floor, - bed had hair - room next door knocked on our door three times after 2am plus they where loud. - valet guy was rude when I checked in - our complement drink wasn’t in the room then they said we don’t have one and said you’re lying. - shower had pink mould on the floor and the shower didn’t even work properly. -sheets smelt like cigarette smoke It was a terrible stay.. I don’t complain on here at all and I am for this. Not worth the money. I’m formally asking cor money back or some kind of reimbursement.

The view from my room was wonderful. I could sit and look out over the city and the Yarra River. The bed wasn't as comfortable as the ones at the Metropol. The in-room dining is limited, and there aren't any other dining options in the hotel. (I was alone and didn't feel like going out for a meal.)
