Good location and easy to catch a tram or walk through the city. Pool facilities were great. Toilet flush did not work well. Eyelashes & bobby pins were still in the room from the previous guest.

Dined in mr hide very disappointing giving our order we were asked if we would like to start with a coffee,we declined and ordered toast with preserves.coffee arrived no toast waited until coffee almost cold then had to chase it up only to be told it won’t be long at least a fifteen interval when complained were told we should have said we wanted them together.the preserves consisted of roadside cafe standard,will never ever set foot in that place again It felt cheap and nasty.very basic .no atmosphere will try other places in future

I only stayed for one night because I had to fly out the next day. I like the room. It is big and clean. Location is great walking distance to everything restaurants and bars . There is nothing that I didn't like about Crown Metropole Melbourne.
