The “continental breakfast” was negligible, and the atmosphere was overall unsavory. If it weren’t for a traveling emergency and having been driving for 18+ hours, we absolutely would have left. I pulled all of my own bedding out of my car and after cleaning the shower / shower head myself we still wore our crocs. I was only uploaded as many pictures as were allowed- but I have many.

cops were banging on everyone’s door at 3am to arrest someone. not a peaceful night
-
Did not end up staying, strong cigarette odor in the room, did not appear very maintained, walked into room and walked back out

I would not recommend staying at this hotel, upon check in at 3pm, our room wasn’t ready and we waited until 3:50p to get in. Once we got into our room and started to check the cleanliness, we immediately found that almost everything in the room was broken and/or dirty. None of the locks on the door worked to the hall or in the bathroom, the door to the hallway needed a body slam to close. We immediately needed to get our sheets changed, which we could see they were dirty just by looking at them. There was also exposed wiring in the corner of our room. I would not stay here again. The only good thing about this hotel was that the location was convenient for Hershey stadium.

Staff was very nice and room was perfect!

We stayed only overnight for few hours in between US and Canada road trip and overall experience was very bad. We came late to hotel and left very early. Smoking smell was so bad that we had to use mask. And hotel was under renovation so the 2nd subfloor was so sticky and dirty

Good to stay

The staff was outstanding and very accommodating. Room was very specious and clean. Breakfast bar was very good with waffles, cereal and many tasty treats.

The staff were pleasant and accommodating, but we did not feel comfortable staying the night due to the cleanliness of the room. We came to Hershey for a concert and just ended up using the room as a space to get ready that afternoon, but we packed up and left after the show. Also, the room we received - especially the bathroom - was not as shown (as modern/updated) as the photos showed on the app. To be fair, we did not bring any of this to the staff’s attention. We were tired and just left. But I’m not sure what could have been done to fix it at that point anyway.

One of the dirtier hotel rooms I’ve stayed in. There was hair in the bed, the toilet seat was wet when we got there, there were stains on the comforter and stains on the floor. The large tv on the wall was cracked and didn’t work. Instead, there was a small (maybe 24 inch?) tv sitting on the dresser to use instead. The room also smelled like smoke. We booked this hotel because the reviews seemed pretty good and it was affordable, but I would never stay here again.

Good

We came into town for a show at Hershey. The check in was quick and easy. The room was just ok. The floor had significant water damage under the AC and throughout half the room. It was extremely soft and spongy. Honestly surprised they would rent that room until it was fixed. I was scared to walk anywhere near it. The toilet flushed very slow and we were hesitant to use it. The breakfast wasn't great but still nice to have a little something before getting on the road.

I will avoid this place with family.

I reserved two double rooms and arrived and was initially given two king rooms. Those were corrected and we were sent to the 3rd floor dormer smoking floor. The entire place looked unkept and the third floor stunk including the rooms. The elevator felt like it was going to fall. The beds were damp, there was decal matter splattered in the bathroom, burn marks on walls, furniture, and linens, and brown black and white stuff splattered randomly. This was horrible and made our children feel disgusting also. Resulted in us going in the middle of the night to rent a decent hotel room elsewhere. Worst experience at any hotel I have ever had!

The staff was really helpful with finding us local restaurants that were top notch and they were able to provide us with answers to all of our questions. Highly recommend will definitely stay there in the future

The staff was very friendly and helpful! The manager was very helpful and gave so many good recommendations for the area. He was always cleaning and keeping up with things around the hotel. Amazing experience!

Staff was not very attentive. Had issue and was told they’d make note like it was a common occurrence. Had dirty sheets with Cheeto dust and chip crumbs in bed. Obviously not changed in between guests.
