The people were all so lovely; the grounds are so well upkept, the foliage was just insanely beautiful. The food was great, best views we ever had in a hotel anywhere in the world. Love the pool, amazing service. Great things to do like the morning walk with Wira. Loved every bit of it! The walk uphill to get out of the property. Also the wooden bridge is beautiful but a bit slippery/scary during heavy rain.

Incredible facility!! We stayed in one of the luxury "tents". It was spacious, excellent air conditioning, shower, decor,etc. The term tent is a misnomer-- these are large comforable rooms. Ours contained a small private pool. The setting is breath taking; sitting in a valley surrounded by rice fields, colorful gardens, a small river,and Mt. Agung in the distance. Nights were quiet except for the soft distant sound of moving water in the river; perfect for sleeping. Restaurant 5 stars. We did 2 activities which we recommend-- a 2-3 hour guided walk to the town and village across the river. And a Balinese cooking class. The guide for the walk-- Wayan - was great. Also a shout out to the chefs Made and Agung. The chefs have both worked on cruise lins so they speak English well and are fun and funny conversationalists. The meal was delicious and the experience was a high light. Finally, the entire staff was so professional, curteous, and helpful. They were a delight!! Unfortunately, we only booked for 2 nights. An additional 1 or 2 nights would have been well worth it.

Absolutely Everything. The design of the grounds. The setting and location. The attention to detail. The staff was welcoming, friendly, engaging and communicative. The resort is close to a river, overlooking rice fields and a gorgeous valley with a tropical hillside in the distance. There is much to do, but it’s hard to tear oneself away from the resort! Everything was great.

Beautiful location with an out standing staff. Several fun side trips that you could do, and a walk into the shops is easy. Take advantage of the complimentary morning walk.

Incredible beautiful Nothing

We stayed in the luxury tent and it was one of the most unique places I have ever experienced. The sound of the river and the rain at night made the whole stay unforgettable. The tent was spacious clean and surprisingly comfortable. Waking up to the view of the jungle and the misty hills was something else. There are a lot of super professional spas nearby with amazing massages and several really good restaurants close to the resort. The hotel also offers complimentary tours around the rice fields and farming area which made the experience feel even more special. The staff were kind and always checked in to make sure everything was good. The food at the restaurant was fresh and well prepared. The location is quiet and feels far away from everything in the best way possible.

The location is really good. An oasis near ubud literally in the jungle. Sometimes, we had a bad smell when outside. But overall, it's quite ok. We had a floating breakfast, which was amazing.

It is out of the way, but close to several villages by car (lots of hills). The views are amazing, the room was a perfect glamping experience. The hotel is beautiful , the pools were wonderful, as were the staff (Utari ? especially), the spa, and the restaurant. They made sure we were well looked after and packed us breakfast to go before an early morning activity. So many things to do onsite that are included with the stay. We absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend it to anyone wanting to enjoy some down time in Bali. Thank you!

Views of the surrounding area are stunning. Staff are fantastic. Complimentary activities are really fun. Staff go above and beyond to make sure guests needs are met. Some parts of the rooms look a bit dated and old. There was even some maintenance that had to be carried out on our room whilst we were staying there.
