Breakfast was really nice. Services were good too. I had to check out early (Booked for four nights and left after 3 (around 3pm)). But there was no compensation.

Lovely clean, spacious and bright. Helpful staff. Great location and easy parking. Comfy beds and bedding, with lovely small double twin beds. Free welcome (warm) chocolate chip cookie was lovely. Bought a hot chocolate from the bar to go with it. Pricey, but generous size and very nice. Only one lift was working, so I had to wait for a while. Didn't like the glass doors in the bathroom, no privacy. The bathroom fan either didn't work or was useless, so I couldn't use the mirrors. No small light in bathroom, so night time trips meant getting fully woken by the bright light for me and mum, as we shared a twin room.

The staff are very friendly and cooperative.

The room was very warm, with no opening window, and the air conditioning only had an effect when on the highest setting, which was a bit loud.

We've stayed in this hotel multiple times as our son was in post-graduate school at the University of Sheffield. It is always comfortable and the staff is always kind and professional. He has now graduated so this will be our last stay. We would recommend this hotel to anyone! Coffee machine was broken on the last day!
