Very nice stay

Common areas, elevators, hallways and lobby as well as dining room all clean and well looked after. This property will be an even better value for money once the High Speed rail is completed. Relatively close to the airport, walkable to stretch your legs if transiting through PVG. The name was slightly misleading as the rail station isn’t yet completed, but it will make for a very well connected property once it is.

Elegant building with spacious, modern rooms. Located next to a mall with a grocery store and restaurants. The smell of cigarettes in the lift was quite strong.

Harry was most helpful with all sorts of things throughout my stay. From helping with my laundry to booking a ride to the airport he was always ready to help due to the language barrier I present. Nothing!

Location, Relatively far from tourist attractions.. some 15 - 25 minutes journey by taxi!

It wasn't clear that shuttle from airport had to be prebooked. I went to the bus and was not allowed onboard. I ended up taking a taxi.

You need to take a taxi to get to the property from the airport. It cost me additional 70 Yuan. Public transportation is not an option. Equally, it wont be easy to get to Shanghai center if you are up for sightseeing. Getting back to the airport is easy, however, thanks to the hotel's shuttle service.
