Easy walking distance from many attractions. The rooms were bigger than expected and very clean. Staff were very friendly.

Very new facilities, free water and coca cola in minibar, good insulation (room stayed cool even without having ac on all night) Can be quite loud, people walking in the streets basically 1-1,5 m next to your bed.

Beautiful place and perfect location. We booked as it was close to bus station. The walk through a beautiful park from bus was easy. Staff wonderful. Breakfast outstanding. In a perfect area.

Pool closing at 2000 was a downer. Maybe make it adults only after 8?

Very comfortable twin bedroom with HUGE bathroom! Great for 2 friends. AMAZING location in the old town walkable EVERYWHERE. The staff were all very helpful, even calling a taxi for us on the last day, lending us an iron etc. The Airconditioning in the room could get quite cold, the maximum temperature we could raise it to was 20 degrees celsius though it did help during a hot summer

The location is fantastic! It's in one of the small tiny alleys that's in the middle of old town, surrounded with shops, restaurants, sights (including Real Alcazar), etc. The only challenge is that cabs and busses can't get that close, so you do have to drag your bags across cobblestones, but a small price to pay for the location. The staff were fantastic. Super nice and helpful. The room is decent size. The pool and lounge areas are nice, although it was a bit too cold for us to swim, but nice to hang out. Our friends got a room on the third floor which had a private balcony with a hot tub. That's the one to go for! With that said, our room was nice and I was happy not to have to climb stairs. There were some things that didn't work as well as they should have. We had one light that was out, one that flickered. The AC was really finicky, and sometimes would not turn on. It would get so hot and stuffy at night that it would make it hard to sleep. The bed was hard as a rock, so unless you love hard beds (and some do), it's also challenging. At one point the elevator went out, and that made things challenging, but to their credit, they got it running by the following day. They offer laundry, but it's up to 48 hours turn around, which I've never heard of. Because the staff were so awesome, they agreed to expedite, and I did get my clothes back by departure, but they were all a bit damp (not great for packing). I think if you offer laundry, state clearly that it can take up to 48 hours.

Beautiful property located just off of the main square on a quiet street. The rooms were big and nicely appointed. I like that you needed a code to enter the lobby, which had free coffee and cookies, and a patio to enjoy them and the sunshine on. A perfect break from a busy day of touring.
