Hotel Macia Sevilla Kubb

Location was good. Room had plenty of seating and tables to place items on; Bathroom and amenities in there were good. The bed was solid and we slept well. Fridge was small and didn't work well. It was running warm. however, storage was okay. For long-stay guests, more storage would be recommended. Staff was indifferent. We asked for breakfast options (other than the restaurant, and we had none for early morning (before 8 am on a Saturday); we asked if there were coffee options other than the restaurant and none were offered; however, there was a coffee machine behind the reception desk behind the water station.

Bathrooms seemed to not have a great deal of privacy

Very central location Nice modern rooms WiFi was completely useless TV was not SMART so only showed Spanish TV and unable to mirror our personal devices The gym was soulless and not worth bothering with. If you are going to have a gym at least make an effort. The beautiful roof terrace was completely underutilized. No staff members present, instead one (just one) old laminated menu with a telephone number to call for service. For the price point of this hotel we were astonished at the lack of care and service for what could be an amazing space ?? The pool area was okay but nowhere near enough sun loungers provided for the size of hotel and again no bar/food service available.

Clean, good location, good gf options at breakfast

The room was spacious and comfortable. The location was great, not in a crowded area but close enough to walk to the train station and the center. The staff was comfortable and the ammenities were great. Wish we could have stayed longer. Overall it was great.

Easy check in and convenient location

The interior design in the hotel is great - modern, minimalist, fabulous public spaces. Comfortable room, with a window seat that looked out onto an inner courtyard. The temperature in our room was 24 degrees centigrade when we arrived, and unfortunately the air conditioning was not turned on in the hotel. The front desk staff explained that they were changing over from heating to a/c systems, but that it would take a few days for it to be working. The room was way too hot, and I can't understand how it takes that long to get the a/c working. Funnily enough, it was lovely and cool in the lobby and other public areas!

Air conditioner did not work,changing temperature on control panel made no difference, no parking space in the hotel, customer service bumps the door at 9:00am yelling and even with Do not disturb on the door, the cleaning staff still came in and did their service.

Property itself was great and the fact that full breakfast was available for reasonable price. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Location was good; restaurants and bars nearby were accessible with good prices. Due to winter season, there is no A/C for the rooms is turned off, and instead operate with the heater. Most of the time the rooms was very hot, and the window opening was limited. Conditions on lobby and hallways were cooler.

Good location, close to the city center. Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel has paid parking spaces in the building. Unfortunately there are problems with the air conditioning and refrigerator.

The staff were helpful and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean. It is 15-20 min walk to the city center so it is good that is quite but you have to consider that if you are a late night person. The AC located in front of the bed so the air directly hit you and the bed if too firm but that is the personal preferences.

Beautiful hotel, great location, and lovely staff. I have breakfast and dinner, lots of different types of food, and good taste. loved the swimming pool and the jacuzzi. Very comfy bed and nice pillows. The staff was polite, friendly and always helpful. Excellent service, excellent staff, excellent food, I will be back. Gracias! nothing

Everything was perfect! We chose Macia mainly because they offer parking suitable for vehicles like ours (2.1 meters high). The staff was polite and helpful. The space was pleasant, spacious, and clean. The beds were firm and comfortable, and the bathroom was roomy with a good shower. Since we stayed for only one night, we didn’t get a chance to use the pool. /

I found two gigantic cockroaches during my stay—one of them woke me up in the middle of the night by crawling on me. I understand that the city may have pest issues, but this experience was beyond anything I could have expected. I ended up sleeping with the lights on and hiding under the sheets for the rest of my stay. I was there for work, and it was already an exhausting week—this situation only made it worse.
