The property is gorgeous and well-situated, close to many historical landmarks only a short walk away. The staff is incredibly nice, especially at reception. Depending on the room, the walls can be paper thin and we were woken up due to someone taking a shower in the room next door, where you could not only hear the water running, but all the conversations that ensued.

The beds were too firm so not the best nights sleeps but just OK. Due to the layout of the hotels public areas being so spread out sometimes it would take a while to get service. The restaurant at the hotel was expensive in comparison to what you can get in the rest of the city.

This hotel is beautiful with the rooms opening out onto a central courtyard. There is a rooftop pool and relaxing/drinking area. It is close enough to the centre to walk but unless you know the city well you will need your map/satnav - lots of narrow cobbled streets. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful (and spoke excellent English). The breakfast was delicious with fruits, juices, meats, cheeses, etc and a cooked option. It is on the expensive side but you get what you pay for. We would definitely recommend it. We loved it all

This is a really lovely hotel and worth spending the extra on if you want a splurge. The staff were uniformly friendly and helpful, the rooms are stylish and comfortable and the courtyards and common sitting areas lovely. If you really want to immerse yourself in the Seville Semana Santa experience you can't do better than this as it's on the route of several processions. We loved our time there.

A stunningly beautiful hotel with wonderful staff who couldn't do enough for us. A fabulous location - 10 minute walk to the main sights but a peaceful location that felt like locals lived there too. This was a special occasion trip (to celebrate a significant birthday) and the hotel went above and beyond to make it very special. The only (very minor!) niggle was that the room was quite warm - but I am not very heat tolerant in any event and it was very early spring in Seville, so the hotel (quite rightly) were not running the air-conditioning at this time.

Really good location, very charming little hotel. Nice design. Some of the staff were super welcoming, whereas others seemed indifferent and at times a bit abrupt. On the first day, my room smelt like sewage, perhaps from the drains. They did fix the issue but there was no sort of recognition that this wasn’t very nice. The room next to mine (left from my outside window) was derelict and looked a bit creepy which wasn’t super pleasant. The bathroom door was made of glass and backed on to the main corridor, meaning the light shone through all night (not good if you’re a sleeper that needs full blackout like me). The food was nice but not the best, and sometimes I felt not seen in the restaurant. Overall it was nice but not super memorable.

Huge beautifully decorated room (we had a junior suite). Great service. Lovely small pool on the roof (shame about the unseasonal weather though!). A little further out , but worth it.
