Too cramped

Nice hotel, short walk to the monument district, near to the bus station and the river. Good breakfast

Furniture was worn and it was a little out of the tourist spots

Staff is friendly, welcoming. Location is good but… There is no sound isolation. Lack of light. They gave us two single bed rather than double even though we mentioned. Had a mold mark in the pillow cases… Either you have a room with a window looking at the surrounding of the hotel with a view to lobby (+breakfast space in morning) either you have a room with a window looking at the ‘street’ typically to the building where residents (camping people) smoke weed… Extremely expensive for March period. Overall fine, you have a bed and private bathroom also location is good but not worth for the price.

The location is good & the staff was friendly, supportive and attentive. The room was used & the interior slightly damaged, needs definitely a renovation. The bed was super small only 1,40m & the mattress was uncomfortable . You could feel every movement when your partner was changing sides in the bed. Also very noisy, no good isolation & the bathroom is also super old, still with a shower in the bath tube.

Ask for room away from the street you come in on- pretty noisy all night- A/c does not work well- could use a bit of updating- good bfast and very very nice staff

Good location if you come from the bus station. Not far from the city center.

Close proximity to historic places The parking lot was small so we parked at a real one and it cost 20 euro

Extractor fan in the bathroom wasn't very strong and led to a very fogged up room.

Customer service at hotel desk was awesome! Tub/shower was very slippery and not easy to get in/out.

Great location but narrow street took nerve. Classy place. Their own garage was scary and we couldn't even get our car into it. But their alternate garage just a 3 min walk away was perfectly fine and not a bad thing. Large supermarket was there!!! They should never tell anyone to use their own garage. Just don't. Alternative garage was fine.

Location, staff, breakfast It would be better if there is complimentary bottled water in the room as in some other 3star hotels

The window by the bed did not have a dark or blackout curtain so the light was bright all night every night.

Location and cleanliness When I booked it says parking included, and yes there is parking but not included it’s was around 21 euros per night. So I’m very disappointed

The room was clean, a bit small, but sufficient for a three-night stay. We spent most of our time outside exploring the city. The bathroom was also clean, the hairdryer worked, and towels were changed regularly. Breakfast was sufficient, offering both savory and sweet options, although there could have been more vegetables. The coffee was excellent. The staff was very kind and accommodated our requests. The hotel has a very good location — we were able to reach the main center on foot. There are beautiful streets and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area. The bed was a bit small with soft mattresses, but that’s a matter of personal preference.
