Great location, very walkable. No one on staff at night so more difficult to get into hotel and room.

Clean, quiet, comfortable room, nice balcony. Easy location near the bus station. Quaint neighborhood. Overall quite nice. The lights were bright (and blue hue) so the bathroom and entrance space felt industrial or from a school bathroom. The air conditioner was a bit loud.

Location was close to the Centre There is no cafe and no water in the room . Water machine in the hall was cash only and I didn’t have any coins . One bottle of water would have been appreciated on arrival

Good area, cute room with a smart tv. Updated bathroom and private courtyard Uncomfortable bed and pillows

Puerta Real is located in a great area. This is an especially great spot if you're coming in or leaving from the Plaza de Armas bus station. Staff made check-in very clear. We checked in through their partner hotel, Zaida, because the front desk staff at Puerta Real were not available the day we checked in, and they made the process very clear ahead of time. Our room was large and comfortable, as was the bathroom.

The suite was beautiful and we loved it. the 2nd night’s room had a very bad smell in the toilet which was unbearable and sketchy wifi connection.

Lovely spot, very kind staff- gave us a full overview of the city with recommendations. Check in was later, so we dropped our bags off at the sister hotel which was less than a 5 minute walk away. The room was very spacious with a lot of toiletries provided and a mini bar! Also very close to the bus station, less than 10 minute walk away which made our 8am bus to Granada a breeze!

I had parking included as a must on my booking filters, there turned out to be no parking on site. I was directed to park across town for 30€ a day, then directed to another hotel to check in, lugging bags to three separate locations. What an inconvenience!!! The room and location were pretty good but for the time and cost I don’t think it was worth it.

Themed rooms. Each room is decorated based on a particular theme. The beds are HUGE and so is the private bathroom. The room includes a coffee maker with capsules, and a small fridge with free bottled water. The location is a short walk to the old city, and there is a nearby parking and good restaurants that are away from the center, therefore more affordable and good quality. You will see more locals at these restaurants. The included breakfast was decent, but do not expect a feast. The room had a couple of spots that needed attention where the wallpaper was peeling off. Was brought to the attention of the manager on site.

Dark room, the only window faced the internal corridor and it was not mentioned anywhere. The reception is not open 24h and its a big issue when you need it.
-
A little bit of a walk from other places.
-
Close walking distance to most of the city. Moldy, Odor.

Super cute rooms with high exposed beam ceilings and mine had a small balcony. The location is great and in the old part of town, close to everything. The staff was very helpful and nice.
-
The location and the bed was comfortable. The coffe machine was broken, no iron, no shampoo and conditioner. Do not reflect the luxury of the photos.

There were no facilities to eat there. Staff very helpful with booking attractions while there. Good location. Cobblestone roads are hard to walk on

Central, quiet location very close to a large, public car park. Comfortable bed, coffee machine. Good for one night
