Location to airport Booked a deluxe suite but needed a handicapped room because my husband was using a walker. The handicapped room was not up to a 4 star hotel standards. Shower leaked. Bump to get in doorway. Had to move furniture to get around. No place to sit besides on bed. Toilet was ridiculously low. Room was also dirty.

Great location near restaurant, public transportation and easy walk to the historical town. The parking garages was spacious for our larger suv and the rooms are large, clean and comfortable for a family of four. The breakfast was spectacular. Nothing

Great location, staff efficient and helpful, comfy bed, nice size towels, comfy bed, coffee and tea in the room. Breakfast not good value for money.

Very small room for 4 persons, the shelves were falling, we found hair in the bathroom. Not enough towels for 4, but solved rapidly at the reception.

Location again, street can be very congested. On Sat evening when we arrive there seemed to be a running event in the surrounding streets, and we missed entry to hotel parking, end up driving 40min in traffic jam till we circled back.

The best was the friendly staff. The hotel looked a bit weathered. Breakfast was OK, but not much variety. Heavy on meat and light on vegetables. The reason I gave low rating on cleanliness is because there were long hairs over the outside wall of the bathtub, on the floor and in the bidet when we moved in. The cleaning staff was nice and friendly, but I guess occasionally they need more time for thorough cleaning. read the above

breakfast selection was good but same thing everyday need more toasters, line during busy hour was long and the toaster could not be adjusted to higher temp - had to do 3x and people behind were frowning :(

The elevators were a bit dirty, and the bath tub had some scratches that made it look dirty. Other than those minor things, a good experience overall (as expected)

The service is exceptional from the front desk, breakfast area, poolside and cafe ! Nice hotel, clean, comfy beds and with great a/c unit. Great location next to a shopping mall and the Seville soccer stadium. Nothing!

Parking was steep.

We went for 1 night for the Seville and Real Madrid game and therefore this served our purpose . Room service was fantastic as well The hallway smelt of Urine and the bathroom by reception was dirty when we used it to freshen up.
