Fabulous hotel, ideal location and the pool is an added bonus

The walls are not soundproof at all and unfortunately we had really noisy neighbors upstairs.

Breakfast was delicious, the rooms were clean and the location was great!

Location and staff

The breakfast is great, and the staff at the breakfast restaurant made everything for us to have a great experience the entire time, including providing all we needed for our little daughter and being very kind to her. Ms. Pili and her colleagues deserve special recognition. There were a few minor mistakes in our room service orders, which were corrected after we complained (but made us wait quite a bit). But the point that could really be improved is the access to the gym for guests. For a high-level hotel like this, which has a quite costly booking fee, it is very disappointing that they charge extra (EUR18) for each guest to be able to access the gym even for just a quick workout. It was also not clear in the Hotel Policies when we booked.

The staff, the location, the proximity to metro station, the proximity to a mall. The cleaning staff speaks loudly in the corridors early in the morning, which is disturbing if we would like to sleep more hours.

The hotel is very clean and location is great.. near to station, also central Actually am a bit feeling disturbed when some cleaning service or staffs knocked my room in early morning too early for people to go out actually, then the next day I put sign “don’t disturb” so they didn’t knocked my door.. l

From the moment we stepped through the doors, this hotel exceeded every expectation. The soundproofing is remarkably impressive — we enjoyed peaceful, uninterrupted nights no matter what was happening outside. The location couldn't be more convenient, putting everything you need right at your fingertips. What truly sets this hotel apart is its stunning interior design. Every corner immerses you in the vibrant world of Spanish culture — the colors, the textures, the atmosphere. It felt less like staying at a hotel and more like stepping into a living work of art. The staff deserves a special mention — warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. As for the room itself, everything we could have possibly needed was thoughtfully provided. Not a single detail was overlooked. If you're looking for comfort, style, and authentic Spanish charm all in one place — look no further. We will absolutely be coming back! As for downsides, honestly, we tried hard to find something to complain about, but came up empty. This place simply didn't give us a reason to.

location, bed was comfy, pet friendly I booked a balcony room, they gave me a corner low level patio. So I didn't have a view and couldn't use the patio due to the pouring rain. I wasn't happy. I wanted the balcony so I could look out the window and have fresh air.

Flat screen with apps quite hotel

Clean and comfortable room with a pleasing appearance. Good breakfast with a nice variety, tasty food, and good value for money. Friendly and helpful staff. Not the worst and not the best location. It is within an acceptable walking distance from the historic center, and while the surroundings cannot be called beautiful, they are not off-putting either. Poor sound insulation in the rooms. I could not hear anything from the neighboring rooms, but in the morning every movement in the corridor could be heard easily.

Beautifully decorated and comfortable hotel. Spacious room that was excellent value. Included a little fridge. Great location opposite a mall and supermarket where we could easily pick up food and supplies, and the metro,tram and bus lines that provided a quick and easy ride into the city centre. No tea or coffee supplies in the room. You can request a kettle, which they’ll deliver with mugs but you’ll have to provide your own tea and coffee. The tv in the room uses Google chromecast which worked pretty infrequently.

The eclectic atmosphere makes it a curious experience for anyone in the Arts. Hotel is updated, staff is friendly and location is in a walkable part of the city. They don’t have doormen/bellhops/porters.
