Great location and the stuff were very friendly. The building is an older building and so the rooms are not very sound proof. Sound from the lobby echoes into the rooms. The rooms also have a smell due to the age of the building.

The historical charm. Helpful staff. Entrance is right on road (no footpath) makes it a little awkward.

Lack of natural light in the room. The window was small, in a place with low light and even so a forced blinder to prevent looking in the room. The room lights were also low. I liked my stay, but this kept it from a 10/10.

We liked the location which is very near to the Sevilla Cathedral and the Royal Alcazar the main attractions of the city. The hotel is located near a plaza with good restaurants and bakeries and there are a lot of shops selling souvenir etc. There is a Supermarket nearby for fruits etc. Overall a great location for the tourist Being in the old part of the city, roads are narrow and there is no parking place if one plans to drive. The reception guides you to the nearest public parking lot which is around 15 mts walk.

Great location in the old town and within easy walking distance of the main attractions. All the staff were friendly, especially the reception staff who were extremely helpful and available 24 hours a day. The hotel was in a beautiful old building. We didn't like the breakfast. We preferred to have breakfast at one of the many cafes in the area seated outside in the sunshine
