Super 8 by Wyndham Sevierville Riverside

Great for the price, grab and go breakfast and our room was bigger than we excepted and had a cool balcony on the river.

When checking in they still had that covid shield up from 5 years ago and I couldn't hear the clerk nor could she hear me well. Still had masks are voluntary if you are vaccinated. Clerk was not friendly. Room layout was nice, only thing we liked about it. Room was dirty. Bed spreads had mutilple stains all over. Bathrooms were not cleaned well and everything was old and run down. Their continental breakfast was a pack if mini muffins out of the hostess box and some orange juice or coffee. They shouldn't even advertise breakfast. They didn't even have 4 towels in the room for 2 queens and when we went to ask for more towels they said they didn't have any more.

We were so disappointed by the condition of the hotel and leery of other “guests” in the building, we left soon after checking in. We didn’t even go back and ask for a refund. It was just that bad.

Smells like weed, cigarettes, and mold. We did not stay and was refused a refund.

The hotel was old, dirty, smelly, had mold and bugs. We stayed cause we didnt have another place to go it was one night and I wouldn't ever stay again. Do Not Recommend. Still washing and re washing all of my things cause im scared we bought anything home with us. Do not stay at this place.

There was mold in bathroom, there was some jelly like substance on the dial of rhe air conditioner and nasty stains on the curtains The uncleanliness of the room

Balconies need to be pressure washed and cleaned. Ours was pretty dirty. Spider website all over the balcony.

It looks pretty nice outside. You get in the room and it has a strong mildew smell. Seen two roaches in the bathroom in the middle of the night when I woke to use it. Had some hair in the bathtub and sink was almost completely clogged to the point water would rise to the top. They shouldn’t have breakfast listed as all they basically had was a muffin and coffee or orange juice. They couldn’t provide extra towels or blankets or pillow. Literally everything we asked for was denied. Definitely won’t stay there again. Only thing that was enjoyable was the pool. Probably on the fence for one of the worst places I’ve stayed. Staff was nice just had nothing to offer.

Stayed here for an event at the Sevierville Convention Center. Very convenient! A couple fast food places and a gas station nearby. Had a double double room and each bed was in its own doored room with the bathroom in between. Great if the kids need to go to bed earlier, but the parents can stay up without disturbing them. Too hot to sit out on the back balcony, but it would be nice in cooler weather. Didn't use the pool but it looked clean.

The 1st room we were given was infested with roaches (I have pictures) and smelled like cigarettes even though it was supposed to be non smoking. The room looked like it’s never been vacuumed or dusted. The Comforter had cigarette burns. It was nasty. They tried to give us another room but it was just as bad! That tells me that all of the rooms have to be this disgusting. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Location and price I asked the attendant for a second floor or higher room. She said she could not give me one because I pre booked a different room—which was a lie. I just got a standard room when I booked. It did not specify the floor. There was availability on the higher floors.

It was right on the river and you could set on the balcony and enjoy nature Nothing
