All (1) stars because that’s the lowest you can give and still leave a review for others. Had a confirmed booking with e-mails to show as Expedia does always, and the on duty front desk attendant stated my booking was canceled earlier in the day because they couldn’t run my debit card to charge it. PAY AT PROPERTY was selected on Expedia before the booking was accepted AND CONFIRMED - she was informed of that and shown the e-mail. Her response was “well we couldn’t call you either because all we had for your phone number was 1s”. She states she seen the email confirmation and confirmation number but she didn’t know what to tell me. Pretty inconvenient being Jeep Invasion 2026 Pigeon Forge!! God had us for sure as always and led us to The Inn at Apple Valley - an Ascend Collection property, and it was very very worth every penny! Priced economically but service well above standard! Well kept property, found a new home while in Sevierville/Pigeon Forge, TN!!

Everything was great from beginning to end!!

The staff was very professional and helpful, but the room had issues, the control for the shower wasn’t working and wasn’t repaired for three days. We were there only a temporary fix, which wasn’t very good. They were ants over by the air conditioner on the bed which got into our picnic basket. And a few other issues.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The room we were in was pretty clean but needs a through dusting. I had to do some dusting because of my allergies. Breakfast was fair to pretty good.

We had a great experience at the SureStay in Tennessee. It was clean and staff was very pleasant. The only issues we had to to defrost our refrigerator because it wouldn’t work properly and the bathroom fan, heat lamp and hairdryer we not working. We did ask for someone to check things out but we we told we had to wait til the next day but no one ever came.
