We always have a pleasant stay when we stay here

Central location and clean rooms. Staff was exceptionally courteous

I loved the property! In the beggining, Ernest at the front desk wasn't willing to accommodate my dad checking in early because we booked through Expedia and not the hotel. My dad needed to go to the room because he is elderly and has knee replacements and couldn't make it all day at Dollywood before check in time. I ended up calling back at shift change and the young gentleman was very accommodating in letting me update my reservation to allow my disabled dad to check in. Plan on staying again! Minus dealing with Ernest!

Everything about our stay was great. Pool is small but has a fun water slide for the kids. Outdoor area is spacious with a beautiful fire pit. Room was clean and comfy beds. Next door is a terrific restaurant and up on the hill is Cruze Farms Ice Cream. No complaints about the location, staff, and amenities.

Nice hotel

TERRIBLY HARD beds even though they switched our room. Had to buy a blowup pool mattress to sleep on bed. Food left in wall air conditioner; didn’t make our beds the last day because “something was on them” but no notice in room saying that.

Awesome hotel great location. If you’re wanting to shop in the staff was great. The beds was not comfortable at all

The breakfast area was very tight. I think smaller table would fit better for the area.

Breakfast was good. I had cereal and a blueberry muffin with coffee. My husband had coffee with two sausage and egg biscuits. We saw the other guest’s children enjoying pancakes and syrup. Maybe a few more pastries to choose from would be nice.

Clean and friendly !!

The room wasn’t as clean as I wanted it to be…the shower still had hair in the drain area and looked like house keeping forgot to sweep the floors! Beds were made nicely though.

Beautiful place! Would stay here again for sure!

First time staying here, won’t be the last! Sparkling clean, well appointed, comfortable beds. Only downside was breakfast was limited to microwaveable sandwiches and pancakes - but it was well stocked, not a priority for me personally. Rooms were well lit and comfortable all the way around. Only suggestion for improvement is encasements on the mattresses.
