Room was clean, staff was amazing, having a balcony to watch all the jeeps for invasion was a huge plus! Definitely staying here again!

Room was very clean, beds comfortable. Front facing rooms right next to the parkway do have some road noise but was not bothersome for me. Parking can be an issue on busy weekends. I came back to the room late and had to park in the grass lot next to the property. Not a big issue overall. Would stay here again.

Loved the room, clean, well supplied, price was affordable. The only thing was they have only 1 elevator for the whole property. We had to use the stairs. Good thing I’m in pretty good shape.

Our room was wonderful and the floor was quiet for the most part. The only problem we had was our toilet wouldn't flush correctly and took forever to refill when it did flush. We weren't in the room all day every day, so it was not a huge issue for the 2 of us. It does need to be attended to Rm # 218. We made the week just fine, but the rest of our stay was great. We would definitely stay there again. Priced reasonable and good location -- Great Breakfast each morning.

My room was clean and quiet and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very polite and helpful. The morning breakfast was better than most hotel breakfasts, very impressive for a free breakfast. The location is great, close to a lot of attractions, but not in the super busy part of Pigeon Forge. I'd definitely stay there again.

Breakfast was good. People were smoking in their room or on the balcony. Broken light fixture. Poor room refresh. We ran out of wash clothes and TP. But worst of all was the side door didn't close properly and so anyone could access the interior rooms all night with out a room card. Never stay there again

Best Western was very nice and the rooms are upgraded and clean. The balcony was a plus. The staff was excellent and helpful. The breakfast was a full breakfast iand was very good. The price and location was great. Thank you Best Western, We will be back again.

No lock on bathroom door but thats minor

1 elevator for 5 story hotel. Breakfast time and check out time is equal to 5pm traffic anywhere.
