Room wasn’t ready cuz I arrived early but I was unwell cuz of travels and the heath so friendly woman behind the desk upgraded me to a double room that was ready so I could lay down. Everything was clean and super comfy bed. AC was working well

We spent three nights and the hotel was good and good value. The staff was nice and friendly, and it is located between two metro stations (around 5-10 minutes walking), so getting to the city centre on the red line M1 was easy, taking around 15-20 minutes to Duomo. The area is not touristy and might seem sketchy at first, but seemed safe and there are a few nice restaurants around. Parking garage was also great value at 10 EUR per night. It was decently clean. All in all happy with our stay for the price. It definitely does not seem like a 4 star hotel, more like 3 stars at most. The building and furniture is quite dated, the bathrooms for example seem to need renovation (e.g., shower which is very small and looks very dated). Breakfast is ok, but not up to par for a four star hotel.

We truly recommend this hotel! Everything was amazing the stuff, the rooms they were cleaning our room every day, the breakfast was perfect! The stuff so friendly, they were ready to respond all of ur questions and to help us. The hotel is near the metro M1 something like 10 min. was from the hotel to the metro. For sure we are going to be back when we are coming back to Milan. It’s was such a wonderful experience!

It was very easy to take metro line or bus to go to city.and staf also very friendly.and daily come to clean the room I don’t like absolutely breakfast,it was nothing to eat,i booked for 3 nights, The leftover food from the first day was also reserved for the second day. The bathroom exhaust fan isn't working.

The people really tries to accommodate our simple needs and made them happen We booked with my wife and baby and the first room was in the old wing where the stroller couldn’t fit in the elevator and the room had no movable shower head to bathe the baby . I made a complaint and they accepted to transfer us to the newer wing . It was a bit of a hassle and time consuming but after that it was ok . The other room was smaller but ok
