For the location and price, it's good value. The courtyard was small but cute. I heard no street noises as the room was facing away from the street. Breakfast was mostly sandwiches and super sugary desserts. The traditional breakfast of breads and warm or cold meats and cheeses with different egg options or granola wasn't available. The bathroom was really outdated and the shower doors were inconvenient. The noise from inside the hotel was very loud. I could hear every footstep and conversation in the hall and stairs and heard each time a neighboring room flushed their toilet or washed their hands.

The staff was amiable and the communication was not a problem. There were no hidden fees, etc. It looked like a small hotel run by family. For this kind of money, I expected much more. There was not much to choose from during breakfasts. The same sandwich four days in a row was just too much. The room was furnished about 20 years ago, and the same applies to the bathroom. The bathroom was so tiny, that I (190cm) had difficulty fitting in the shower :(.

The hotel has all facilities, very clean, nice staff, very good breakfast comparing with the price. Kids noise from rooms in the same floor , the elevator is a bit small, lights need to be more in room

Staff are very rude, facilities Very poor. Everything different from the picture on the Internet

The beds were very comfortable. the metro station is very close. restaurants, Chinese supermarkets, coffee shops are close by. It takes about 20 minutes by metro to get to the center of Milan the internet was a disaster, bad signal, the breakfast could have been much better, and I don't think the breakfast with sleep is worth the money.

Quite good value for money, considering the stay includes a breakfast. The area is not the best but we booked this because of metro proximity, which is really very close to the hotel and takes you anywhere in Milan. There is a working elevator, which (in my opinion) does not look safe at all, so despite the awful heat and us having heavy suitcases, we decided to take the stairs every time. Breakfast is included and is served behind the reception every day from 7am till 10am. It is simple but you have quite a choice (pastry, bread, cereals, sandwiches, salty stuff, yogurts, different types of milk) and coffee is very tasty. Room was very basic but clean and with everything we needed, including A/C (this is not everywhere!!!), TV, small fridge (very handy), closet, desk with chair, blackout blinds, sheets, towels. Window can be open in this hotel. There is daily cleaning provided (we refused as we only stayed 2 nights). Toiletries provided but not enough (two tiny gels and bar of hand soap) so bring some of your own. There are some small shops around, usually run by minorities so they stay open until late but do not expect to find anything healthy there, it is mostly for snacks and drinks and overpriced. It is not the best area, lots of weird people around but we did not have any issues in particular, even walking back at 3am. Elevator needs to be renovated, we had heavy suitcases and room on the last floor but decided to walk up the stairs even with the luggage rather than taking that elevator. The whole place actually needs a renovation, especially the room locks - we did not feel very safe. Bathroom is super small, there is basically no way for you to sit on the toilet without having your feet in a bidet in front of you. Bigger people have no chance to shower comfortably. We had a hairdryer with duct tape on some parts, it worked but I freaked out and stopped using it after hearing some weird noise from the inside. Toiletries provided are not enough (two tiny gels for two people/two nights).
