Good location for airport and cruise

Good hotel, but pretty much just the normal you would expect for a hotel around the airport. They were helpful with check in given it was under the wrong name, but they worked with Expedia and got it sorted.

Breakfast was good. Would appreciate a bigger variety of healthier options. Staff kept on top of keeping the area clean. The shuttle to the airport was very convenient and timely. The room was fine, except the carpet was sticky in one of the corners. The bathroom layout is a little cramped.

It was okay for the price i suppose No maid service on 2nd day and had to go get towels from front counter. We were next to the light rail track and had that going constantly.

We left too early for breakfast. The Shuttle driver was very cordial and helpful, safe driver. The price was soooo high!

Location was good and we appreciated the shuttle. The bed was lumpy.

It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good too. Getting the shuttle to the airport to pick us up took quite a while.

Great staff! Went the extra mile when my husband forgot his pants in the closet! We had already left on the shuttle to the cruise bi called the hotel and they found his dress pants and put them on the next shuttle. The staff were so helpful going that extra mile! Oh yeah, hotel was clean and breakfast was great!
