Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites SeaTac by IHG

Hotel construction cheap, you can hear every step above you. Included continental breakfast was not very good. Had trouble with very noisy neighbors. Better hotels very nearby.

Excellent breakfast. Perfect location for in and out of the airport. Comfortable beds. Overall great stay.

Great stay by the airport! Shuttle was quick and easy!

The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was hot and good. I would have given all 5 stars except the carpeting in the room was very dirty looking. I had grandkids with me and hated to have them sit on the floor. The airport shuttle pick up from the airport was a little chaotic. I received wrong information when I called, but it worked out. I liked the proximity to Angle Lake Park for the grandkids to play.

The room was clean and is satisfactory. But not I single bottle if water left. The staffs are cooperative I didn’t find any comments and was satisfied with breakfast I would rather say it was excellent.

Very clean and not run down at all

Beautiful breakfast. Good hotel closer to SeaTac airport. Close to train station

The hotel has a large room, and it is near the airport. They are understaffed, so the trash can in the lobby is always full to the rim.

Airport shuttle was the horrible, we waited for over an hour and when they said they would come they did not come to where they told us to wait and filled the shuttle with new arrivals and so we had to uber. Do not waste your time taking with the staff they don’t care

Parking fee is a surprise

The staff, amazing. Driver, Michael was amazing. Shuttle service is a great bonus. Rooms were pretty clean & beds comfortable but the lobby had such a bad smell it felt dirty. That should definitely be addressed.

We just stayed for one night before flying out in the morning, they start breakfast at 5 am which is a benefit to travelers for sure.

Conveniently located and shuttle is a nice amenity. Surprisingly Check in Fee which is not mentioned in the booking. So in order o check into the hotel you already paid for in full, on top you have to pay a check in fee if you’re not an IHG member. So please subscribe as an IHG member.
