All was clean and comfortable

Everything was pretty nice. Except, we had to take cold showers the last 2 days of our stay. We were told “it might be because so many people were here.”! I don’t know about that, you’re a hotel!! Probably always busy in that area.

It was in a quieter area that seemed like low crime. We did not have hot water on the first day and the second day it was still not getting hot enough just slightly warm.

The first room I was given had plumbing issues with water all over the bathroom floor. But they did give me a different room. Unfortunately in the morning when I went to take a shower no hot water in the second room they had given me on the same floor as the first one. The front desk told me the whole building or at least my floor had no hot water. Other than all those issues the beds were comfy and I was able to get a good night rest.

Overall clean room, safe area, close to all areas we wanted to go to. One elevator wasn’t working during our stay so it was a bit annoying considering it was a busy weekend. I’d also recommend that replenishing all shampoo, conditioner and body soap before the next guest. Our conditioner was out.

Breakfast staff were extremely unpleasant and made me racially uncomfortable.

Clean, friendly staff. Couldn’t hear our neighbors at all. The breakfast was not great. The eggs are powdered and have water added to them. Absolutely no taste to the eggs. Even salt and pepper didn’t help. Also the keurig machine in the room worked great but the coffee tasted so bad like metal and bitterness. The pool is super small. I’ve seen bigger above ground pools in my neighborhood. It only goes up to 4 feet. The room service isn’t open all day, no. They start room service at 5 pm. Ridiculous. I always thought the Hilton would be fancy and high quality. This was my first time in a Hilton. Unfortunately it wasn’t much better than the Holiday Inns I usually stay at. Not worth the money.

Looked exactly like the photograph. Clean, smelled fresh. Close to the shops amd restaurants.

Enjoyed my stay at this property. I was in the in the area on business. Nice location with great selection of dining options nearby and close proximity to Chicago O'Hare.

Breakfast was OK, but they brought you a bill then took it off your room if you had breakfast included. I'd rather not get the tab in the first place if I'd already paid for breakfast. But selection was good and tasted fine----eggs, potatoes, sausage, bread/bagels/muffins, yogurt, watermelon, pineapple, juices, etc. Really slow elevators. Two complimentary bottles of water

Beds were comfortable I booked in advance and asked to be on first or second floor. Checked in manually at front desk, the computers were down. To my surprise, we were put on the top floor.

I was disappointed They checked us in the room, then asked us to leave after settled in because they were over booked and sold out

Great stay, nice gym, helpful staff.
