Hillside Inn

The place is good. The walls, doors and light switches needed a wipe down, but over all the room was fine

Bed was comfortable but pillows weren't. Toiletries in the room were minimal. One mini bar soap and two tubes of combi shampoo/conditioner for 2 people. Two coffee pods. That's all. We will not go back for the price we paid. Price was jacked up due to marathon.

Only had 1/4roll of tp in the room. No staff around to assist. Had to buy my own. Ac for the double room only cooled front room. Master was hot all night. Also there was a ringing or humming of some kind none stop the whole time.

Rip us these people are crooks they steal deposits and should be out of business. I highly recommend not renting from the hillside.

Friendly guest check in, comfortable bed, cute little kitchen. Restaurant on property was very busy early in the morning. Ask to stay away from it if you plan on sleeping in.

The price was good, and it felt safe. The bathroom had been renovated but not the rest of the room. The furniture, carpet, etc. Were dated and worn. It was clean enough (bedding, bathroom, etc). The bed was comfortable and clean.

Nice location. Pretty good accommodations. No soda/water in vending machine. No ice.

I liked the kitchen area. It had a 2 burner stove and an apartment sized refrigerator. The room was clean with new bathroom area. The only issue we had was not being able to use our Netflix YouTube Prime etc.

Older building with large but dated rooms.

Clean, comfortable room. Nice shower. Loved the private patio. Walking distance to great restaurants and shops.

We loved the property and staff. The pool was dirty and we couldn’t use it because it was closed so that was a big bummer but other than that the room was great.

When we arrived the pool had more dirty at the bottom than the flower beds. Leaves could have been swept up and patio furniture put in their proper place instead of tossed everywhere. The vending machine was and probably empty for months. The ice machine was filthy. Trash cans stuffed to the brim and trash piled next to it not being able use the trash can. Dirt on the walls, back of the entry door. We had planned on staying 3 nights but left after two nights, In fact we were the only customers on Tuesday night and the only car in the parking lot. Need, I say more? This place is a dump! if, you're looking for something in the same price rage try the REDWOOD INN. It's clean and very well matained. That's where will head when in Santa Rosa. On, we had stayed at the Hilltop Inn in that past and it wasn't this bad. Do youself a favor and just bypass this place!!!!!!

No staff overnight. No one to bring toilet paper No toilet paper or Kleenex We had to share toilet paper from or bathroom with daughters room. Ugh AIR CONDITIONER not on when we arrived. Miserably hot No soap, shampoo in bathroom DIS I SAY NO POOL? NO POOL AS PROMISED

Pool wasnt in service but want told to us on the website or before paying . It's summer and that's one of the reasons we chose it. The price should have been lower considerong that pools are one of the main reasons behind choosing a stay. Very disappointed . Very..

Very suspicious people around

Very dirty, bed sheets had clear stains. Floor was dirty, floor needs mopping, walls and bath floor very very dirty. Chairs torn.
