Very cool stay. Loved the pool and hotel. Bar was cool, location was good. Had a great time based here hitting vineyards
-
Too many kids at the pool
-
Drinks by the pool were not great candidly. Frozen they were not. The outside bar could do with a lot more ice and a few actual blenders to make proper frozen drinks. But lite-bites by the pool were great. Kids loved the quesadillas and hummus snacks. And service was helpful.

Staff are very nice. Clean room and food is excellent!

The main reason I'm removing one star is because the pool is like a crazy kids' water park. Like full rows of sun chairs not being used because it's in the "splash zone" where kids are doing cannonballs over and over and over, all day long. It might be because it's summer vacation for kids, but I'm just writing so others looking for a chill pool experience can possibly look elsewhere. The restaurant was decent, but the poolside menu felt very pricey for the quality and quantity you get, especially with automatically applied 16% poolside gratuity.

The room itself was fine and the pool was lovely. Also, we really enjoyed the food.

We love staying at the flamingo! Their pool and hot tub are well maintained and spacious. You can also go to the health club and spa to use the saunas. Lots of families with young children were there but this was our first summer visit. If you prefer a kid free environment visit during the week when school is in session. We are already planning our next girls trip. Close driving proximity to shopping and restaurants.

Beautiful property cannot wait to go back!

The room is clean and the bed sheets are ready to relax, no smell or residue . The bathroom and vanity are very clean. Staffs are very knowledgeable and efficient

Great vibe all around. Would stay again
-
Resort was clean and rooms close to the pool. There is no elevator for the room buildings and our family room was upstairs so we had to haul everything up and down. Having a stroller with kids, this is not ideal. Bell desk service would be a good addition to make it feel like a 4 star. What makes up for this is the food was very good and the club with spa, tennis and pickleball is a very nice addition. Pool service was 3 star level, friendly but very basic. Restaurant was 4 star level and very friendly. Location is nice, walkable to Safeway with a Starbucks, and a couple breakfast spots. Overall we would be returning, just knowing we will be moving all our families bags to the room ourselves.

Great pool and location. Perfect for families

Staff was amazing
-
This was a wonderful place to stay. The staff was exceptional and gave us a refund along with a free breakfast because our pull out couch did not work as expected. They were also quite prompt and caring with all requests. The pool was huge with a lot of good seating around it. The restaurant was well located close to the pool. This was a great family-friendly resort.

Fun staycation spot

The room was very clean and comfortable. Older resort so a little noisy

Nothing

The location was central and convenient. We were able to get to dining, shopping and friends easily. The room was clean and comfortable, if a bit small. Our stay was deeply frustrating due to significant safety and noise concerns. One of our room doors wouldn't lock, and guests were smoking marijuana directly outside our room and on the balconies. Kids were also running down the hallways screaming and banging on doors well into the night until we called the front desk. To their credit, management tried to repair the lock, but it couldn't be fixed without replacing the door frame—and they did not offer us a new room.
-
The pool area was dirty, the pool was dirty, trash and several Band-Aids were floating around. Cabanas are way overpriced. Our room was small for four people, and the price for one night was too much, especially for a 12:00 check out.

Very cool mid-century modern decor. Comfortable bed, nice pool area.
