Villa Stasi B&B

The view from our room was beautiful. That is the only positive thing that I can say about this place. Breakfast was ok. The place is rundown. Hosts not responding to messages and we did not feel welcomed. Cats everywhere. We were told when we were ready to check out that the tap water was not drinkable and sent to the middle of town to buy water. Would have appreciated to be told that water was not drinkable right away.

What a beautiful property surrounded by a garden with lovely old trees. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The terrace had a view of the ocean. Then we were served with a very nice continental breakfast in the garden We felt like royalty! The hosts were very gracious and friendly.

On the site, it says two single beds, but they were actually two bunkbed for small children. Very uncomfortable. Woke up with sore backs. We asked for a 2nd cup of coffee and the waitress seemed annoyed, the next day the coffee was horrible, not drinkable.

Very quiet I liked everything

Location The bed,the sheets were old, the towels were old, the mattress was so hard.

Close to everything and parking available on site or even on the street. Breakfast was lovely and staff were lovely and very helpful. Property is run down and bed is a little too hard.

What a special place! Beautiful, spacious room with a sea view and lovely terrace. Lovely property and sweet card for entertainment at our yummy breakfast. Just a few minutes walk to restaurants and the sea. The owners and staff very kind and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Good location a short walk from the waterfront,beaches, restaurant etc. Very large and well kept gardens, great breakfast venue. Old but very well modernised stone built building. This B&B is located on a narrow one way lane and if you are driving the one way systems in Leuca make getting to the location, in the right direction difficult. We were there on a Saturday night and because it is close to the waterfront there was was a significant amount of noise with fireworks and people using the lane as a cut through. On other nights there probably wouldn't be a problem

Warm welcome and large room, with own kitchen (though no utensils to actually cook).

Great location. Parking outside property. Good cool room, bed, bathroom etc. Good breakfast outside on terrace.

They say they have private parking, but the garage with the private parking is a completely different address which is confusing and inconvenient. We used street parking instead which was tight and hard to access.

Good location, very nice property. Again not much contact with staff or owner another un maned property. Not really a B&B as I understand it.

The location is perfect, in the center of Santa Maria di Leuca, near the sea and the promenade. Nice garden with pine trees. The room is spacious. Breakfast could be better, but the cappuccino was really good.

Lovely cats, lovely breakfast with fantastic quince jam and a really nice garden.
