Good value B&B type property in small town. Good outdoor patios to sit. Locked, gates area at night so we were able to safely secure our bikes ( but not under any cover). Easy walk into town. Rooms basic and limited things like toiletries. Breakfast was basic.

The place is nice, new and comfy. It has a big terrace on which you can watch the stars, and have a dinner. Each room has one one. The place is clean and there is a fridge in the room. All good and it met my expectation. I only didn't like the way signals were written -- such as it's forbidden, it's not allow VS the clients are invited too... the regulations sounded more like a list of order VS invitation. For the rest, everything was good. The host was pleasant too. Decor, location and parking

Great bnb, similar experience to being in a hotel with double rooms & daily cleaning. The host was very friendly and always available. The room is as described and equipped with everything. Breakfast not exactly as described, mostly industrial products but otherwise appreciated, especially the coffee before going out

Beautiful location and cosy room,literally 3min walk from the center of leuca,plenty of parking for your car.Room was perfect clean and breakfast in the morning was full of choices. Staff were polite and they give us many tips about what to see and where to dine in. Definitely recommend. Nothing

Brand new, modern, clean, spacious, located in new quarter of the city (village), amazing terrace, FREE parking area, 3 minute by foot from Leuca centre, bars, restaurants, beach - 15 minutes from the port and boat trips starting point (caves). Absolutely amazing place, a super friendly host with amazing smile and italian soul.

First day the breackfast was really nothing. We told the host and she made a very good effort to please us the next day. Very very kind of her! There is no view from the property. This is the only petty I could say. For the rest, people were very nice and everything was very clean.

The position of the property was perfect and the free parking was nice. The staff was very nice with tons of tips about places to visit. No free daily towel change, they were changed every 4 days (or at request with a supplement of 20 euros)

Clean room, great service, super nice shower, and good service. The host adapted to my dietary restrictions and made sure I had some options for breakfast! NA

Loved the location and the town of Santa Maria Di Leuca. No beach towels provided so we had to buy some. As this is a coastal town I would have liked beach towels to be provided.
