Ocean Pacific Lodge

Location is good, sometimes parking is a challenge. Walls are thin because we could hear the people above us walking around in the middle of the night and can also hear the toilets flush, the pillows were terrible.

This is my go to hotel every time I'm in Santa Cruz. The staff are all friendly and accommodating, the beds are comfortable, and the two hot tubs are amazing after a busy day.

Unfriendly staff the price is rediculesly high

Deluxe room worth the extra money if you’re staying 3 or more nights. King bed on the hard side and pillows were hard like sandbags, no cushion at all

It was great for a one night stay. Property and room were clean nice new flooring beds were comfortable. All bathroom fixtures really needed some love. Faucets were very old tile cracked in bathroom dark brown or maybe dirty grout towel racks and toilet paper was from the 70s. Along with the noises a/c unit but worked great but noisy. It was great location walked to the beach for my morning walk. Lovely beach trail. 6 miles round trip.

It was an easy check in and the folks were nice.

We definitely will be back

Rooms were really old and didn’t look as nice as the photos. But it was fine, not great for the price.

Sketchy wifi

Clean, Serviceable & Friendly. Elevator broken a little over a day. Missed having the earplugs they used to leave by the bed.

Very spacious room

Had a great stay with my family and loved that it was near the boardwalk. I was nervous about the hotel at first but it felt safe.

The shower and tub were not cleaned before we entered the room. We didn’t notice till we showered right before we checked out. There was sand and dark hair all over the shower/tub. When issue was brought to attention of staff at checkout, he said we should have told him sooner so he could have cleaned it. We told him about this issue at 7:45 am, as soon as we were finished showering, and don’t know how calling him during shower would have helped situation. When asked how they could make this right, Front desk attendant said he couldn’t do anything to make it right, except tell the house cleaners for next time. Very disappointing.

It was a pick for our one-night stay in Santa Cruz.

The vibe for Santa Cruz wasn't here. Homeless in the parking lot through out the night. Staff wasn't the most accommodating. Would bring up fresh towels or toiletries had to get them yourself. Elevator was over 1 year expired on inspection and very clunky. Rooms were nice. Bathroom needs help.

this is my favorite place to stay in. Santa Cruz are so nice. It’s so clean. It’s such a lovely convenient place to stay. I’ve been staying here for years and it’s just the best.

The hotel was easy to find and close to both the Boardwalk and downtown Santa Cruz. Also we really liked that there is a small cafe right across the street.

No breakfast at all. Pool and spa were warm but spa no hot at all. 9pm cut off time. Way too early for weary traveler.

Great location, walk to the boardwalk and close to anything in Santa Cruz. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice pool with two hot tubs. Just what I was looking for.

Good overnight only. The rooms could have better pillows and king size. The pillows were flat standard and 4 per king bed not enough.
