The room was very large, comfortable and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful and the location was good... about 10 minutes in a taxi to Fisherman's Wharf or the city hall/city centre. There are shops to get things within a two minute walk. The only thing the room never had which would have been useful was a kettle and small fridge.

Clean and good location They charged an extra $50 for parking but parking was included per booking.com when we booked. It was noisy and sketchy people yelling in the middle of the night. Almost no amenities and the ice/water machine looked very dirty.

Could use some maintenance especially in the bathrooms. We'd love the location and felt very safe Bathroom needs up graded scruffy

It was perfect. Customer service was excellent. The rooms were clean. They were very accommodating and it was close to everything.

We stayed for 4 nights, the location is very practical for the big bus tour, we really take advantage for the proximity to some tourist places. Employees very kind and helpful.
