The location is fabulous, getting a Lyft was easy. Across the street is Coffee Berry, which has some of the best pastries I've had. Don't miss out. Book now, don't hesitate.

Helpful was very staff. Convenient location. Street noise was a bit loud but definitely quieter than I expected it to be and they provided earplugs.

First time staying at this property and definitely recommend it !!! Super clean and well organized, friendly customer service / front desk staff . Good location near public transportation , restaurants and the best part it’s walking distance from the ocean. I loved taking a walk around the neighborhood. Again, this place is 100 % recommended. Muchas gracias 🙏❤️

Great value for the price!

I like that parking was included and the place was clean. What I didn’t like was that I got there 30 minutes early and they told me that my room wasn’t ready, but there were already 15 people waiting in the lobby. They didn’t start checking anyone in until exactly 3 o’clock when I believe that the rooms were ready. They just wouldn’t check people in and as everybody else came in there was a total of 30 people in a tiny little lobby and in no order to check in so once 3 o’clock came, everybody jumped up at the same time and I didn’t get in my room until 4 o’clock. At that point, I thought the whole experience was going to suck, but it was actually pretty good after that and I was happy when I left. Thanks.

The sheets and pillow case had hair in it and on them when I stayed, I stayed two separate times and both times it was a problem.

My stay went very well! The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything was well-maintained, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this place to others. I look forward to staying here again in the future!

I've stayed here a few times there is no place better than this hostel.

Location Air conditioner did not work. Had to leave drapes closed due to privacy, thus, no air flow. Very warm. Breakfast was bagels only. No room to sit in breakfast lobby.

Not what I expected. Not what I'm used to

I especially want to recognize the amazing staff. During our stay, our car battery died, and I was understandably stressed since we had driven all the way to San Francisco on a road trip. I went to the front desk for help, and JJ immediately jumped into action. She quickly radioed Tito, who came out to help us. Both JJ and Tito were incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, and I can’t thank them enough for their kindness. While they were helping us, another guest even offered to help jump our car, which really speaks to the welcoming atmosphere of this hotel. It felt like more than just a place to stay—it felt like a safe, caring community for travelers. Thank you to JJ, Tito, and the entire staff for making our trip so memorable. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience in San Francisco, and I will absolutely be staying here again the next time I visit!
