It’s the 2nd time I have stayed at this hotel. I liked my room. It was very quiet with a small balcony overlooking lovely gardens. The breakfast is very good that comes with the room. Convenient location. It was on a quiet street but just a few minutes walk from the action. n/a

We stayed here for a week and really enjoyed it. The rooms were clean and there was always hot water in the shower. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Wonderfully clean hotel near the Centro Historico. Our room was spacious with a beautiful balcony overlooking a courtyard - it was worth the extra for a balcony room. Hotel has been beautifully decorated embracing Chiapas culture. Corn hangs at the hotel entrance. Staff were friendly. Reception had bilingual staff.

The standard of accommodation is fantastic. A really beautiful place to stay, right in the centre of San Cristobal but on a quiet street. I liked everything.

Big and quite clean room, the grounds and courtyard were nice , good bathroom No mugs available made it difficult to get hot water I requested a quiet room, but it was ignored and, despite hotel having many available rooms, we got precisely the room, where workers were banging starting 7am every day

We loved the property’s layout. Our room was comfortable but there also were many outside communal spaces for us to quietly enjoy. We appreciate breakfast on site when travelling and the hotel provided very good options. We needed to ice an injury while at the hotel and we found it rather strange to have to pay for the small amount of ice that we required.

The location is fantastic very close to city center. very quiet , large room, shower with hot water Breakfast very poor and small. You can choose from the menu only one portion. Two small bread pieces

Very interesting with hotel built around a courtyard. Looks like the hotel is made up of different buildings and modernised. Bedroom was excellent with a huge comfortable bed
