Studio 6 Extended Stay - San Antonio, TX - Six Flags

Good value.

Immediately when we walked into the room there had been a possible weed smell that lasted the entire stay and our tub looked like it had seen better days. There had been no deadbolt for our room and we had to make our own sound alarm in case someone possibly walked in. It was definitely a struggle to get towels. At one point, there were no towels and we had to be put on a list for them. Unfortunately, if you planned to do any activities that day, by the time you get back to your room it would be too late to get towels and you would have to wait until the next day. Say goodbye to showering that night! Also Be warned that there’s a chance your door will stop working at night when you would really rather be sleeping. For such a great location the hotel is in, it was seriously lacking when you least expected it.

AC was broken. No toilet paper. Asked 3 times to be changed to a new room.

It was ok place only thing is the check in after 3 are 4 ans wait for about 2 hours but staff was helpful ....

Really nice staff, and being pet friendly was a plus.

When we arrived, the door to our room looked like the hinges were about to fall off, as if someone had broken into it before. Inside, the room looked nothing like the pictures online. The floors were dirty, there was no shower curtain, the bathtub was filthy, and the kitchen was missing basic items needed to use the sink and stove. We spoke with the front desk, and they moved us to another unit. While it was cleaner, it still didn’t match the photos online and was still below expectations. The worst part was that the hotel overbooked our reservation. Even though we had already checked in, we were told we had to leave the next day because they had given our room away due to a smoking/non-smoking booking issue. That is completely unacceptable. When we went back to the office for help later that evening, it was closed, even though the hotel is supposed to have staff available overnight. There was no way to contact anyone for assistance. Overall, this was a very poor experience. While the front desk staff were courteous and did their best, the misleading photos, dirty rooms, missing amenities, overbooking, and lack of after-hours support made this one of the worst hotel stays we’ve had. I would not recommend staying here.

Toilet didn’t work, roaches, switched us rooms twice.

Front door was closed and had to call clerk with landlines outside. After we got our key we went to the room and it was filled with dead and live roaches from the bathroom to the fridge to the dang bed sheets. Pepper poo everywhere. Left after I saw a roach on the bed. I hope I get my refund!

Constantly noisy running water in the bathtub and toilet, gross bathtub , dirty walkways,fresh and stale cigarette smoke/smell everywhere. Requested room change without any availability, checked out next day. Will never use or recommend to anyone

The key card to my room repeatedly didn’t work, which meant having to go back and forth just to get into my room. On top of that, I requested towels but never received them, making my stay even more inconvenient.

I checked in late (around 8:30pm) and made sure my key card worked before I went to get food, leaving my computer and other luggage in the room. When I came back, the key cards did not work and no one was available in the office. When I called the main lines, no one could help me or get someone out to the property, so I had to check into the hotel next door for the night. When I finally got into my room the next morning, the toilet and shower were dirty and unkempt. I also contacted the front desk to see about getting a refund for the night I was unable to access my room but they said I needed to go through Expedia.com to get the refund. I feel like there's been too many things I've had to try to figure out how to navigate during this trip, which has really ruined my experience. I am still trying to figure out how to get a refund on the one night I had to stay at a different hotel, so I'd appreciate if someone could contact me about this.

Beds are awesome, pillows were kinda flat. Our kitchenette didn't have a microwave. We couldn't get more towels. The staff was very nice and friendly... but kinda inefficient. Location and price were awesome
