Best Western Medical Center North Inn & Suites Near Six Flags

nice beds and linen multiple cars were broken into while i was staying there. when I asked the front desk about cameras and if i was parked safe he gave me attitude. and brushed it off like it wasn't a big deal that cars were violated.

The staff was nice It is an older hotel and not the most comfortable. We did have to worry about our car bc it seems there’s a lot of break ins. We saw glass in the parking lot everyday during our 6 night stay.

my room was very clean and comfortable, it even had a mini fridge which I really appreciated. The staff were all very helpful and nice making sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. The pool had several chairs and loungers, but no umbrellas or shade.

Check out was easy. It was dirty, like very dirty. I didn’t get what I paid for. I came at 6 and they asked me to pick a floor which was weird because my room that I paid for should already be ready. I picked a floor just for the room to be dirty with pizza boxes in it. I came past 6pm and was confused how the room was still not clean. I went to get another room and the other room was also dirty but this time it looked like someone just put the stuff back without changing the sheets or towels. The towels were dirty, the bath was dirty, there was hair in the sink, the bed pillows were nasty. And overall it wasn’t even the room I paid for. I was amazed at how bad it was.

It started out horrible. We got a room with a sofa bed for my 13 yr old and my 2 yr old baby. We asked for blankets and pillows only to be told no because they said they don’t give out more pillows. We walk into our room and our sheets and comforter was still wet. My baby was on the floor and the floor is so dirty his feet were black. Went to try and give him a bath and there was no hot water in our room. I finally had enough and asked to have our room changed only to be told that they couldn’t change our room and the manager would be in after 11 am the following day. I was so upset I called the corporate office and Expedia where we had purchased the room through and they both were calling the hotel to get things fixed. After being on the phone with them for 2 hours making sure we were able to change our room by 1am they had gave us a new room. This room not as bad but still very dirty. NEVER COME HERE!!

There was not much to like after my kids and I were separated for all 3 nights we spent there. Staff is not empathetic. Customer service was 0. Cars packed in the lot were broken into and the hotel took no responsibility.

The room were big and roomy. And very very clean. I will definitely be coming back Clean rooms, great breakfast, and the pool was nice also
