Arash was so nice and professional

HORRIBLE ROOM! Complete failure! This room had a glass wall between the bathroom, shower room and bedroom so if you wanted privacy there was none. Also, when bathroom light goes on in the middle of the night, it lights up the whole room and wakes everyone up. Would NOT recommend this to anyone!

It was good experience.

Staff, location, breakfast, restaurant

Nice, spacious room with all amenities. It was pleasently warm (we visited in December). Good location, within walking distance to city centre. The same building features a pizzeria with tasty food.
-
Kind staff, bus in front to city center

Really nothing about the property was cool. The parking situation was difficult. The rooms have thin walls. The Internet is extremely bad just basic texting as possible totally not worth the price.

Close to everything. N/A

The staff was wonderful and very helpful. Our room was spacious, especially the bathroom. Everything was very clean and comfortable. It’s a good location with the bus stop right out front and just a couple of stops to the old city. We also walked as it’s not a far distance. Parking was available in the back. The attached Italian restaurant was delicious and we opted to get breakfast at the hotel on our last morning which didn’t disappoint. Very nice and convenient.

We had an efficiency room with plenty of space and a kitchen. The staff was very friendly and helpful. When one of our parties felt ill, they always asked how she was doing and if they could help in any way. The hotel is outside the old town area in a quieter neighborhood, but they provided us with a transportation pass which allowed us to use the buses for free, with a bus stop very close to the hotel. A great place to start our vacation. I can't think of anything that impacted our stay in a negative way.

The staff in the hotel is outstanding! The breakfast was delicious. Overall, a great place to stay. I would definitively do it again.

Chemical smell in the lobby and room.

Eli was amazing! Her hospitality made the hotel like home!

Everything. Nothing.

The staff is very friendly, easy check-in, clean rooms, has elevator as well. There is a famous restaurant just under the hotel It is a bit far from the heart of Salzburg but I would not mind staying there again.

Breakfast was too expensive for me. 19eur for buffet. I eat just once, because I don't nee whole buffet, I would rather just drink coffee and eat a little bit. And around there was no place to eat breakfast nearby. But it was my choose.

The best staff ever who were from my country . Kind, helpful and welcoming ? All were fantastic. Salzburg was one of the amazing cities we’ve visited ?

Parking description is misleading: "Hotel Via Roma offers free private parking", even though there were free (unused) hotel lots - they were only available for a fee, so we had to park our car in the street nearby - which is only free on weekends.
-
Just another nice place No real chance to park in there, had to leave the car on the street overnight
