Room was fine, but have to say it’s over priced for what it is. Will just book a normal hotel next time for the same price. the balcony had a really night wall so sort of defeated the object of sitting out there with a view as once to Sat all you can see is the wall

Location of the hotel is good, not too far from the main attraction. Around the hotel area are few shops places (groceries, apotek, shop) which are convenience for our stay. Bed was okay, we could sleep well. AC wasnt cold enough during the day time, I guess impact of the heatwave. It was okay for us thoughout the night. We could hear noises coming from either the next door room or the top level.

The room was clean, and although simple, it was very comfortable & we had everything we needed. We all slept really well after a busy day in Salzburg.Loved being able to make our own breakfast in the shared kitchen in the morning. It was tricky to find the entrance & awkward/unclear as to how to get from the underground car park to the hotel Reception. Please include clearer instructions for future guests!

The recepcionists were all helpful and kind, as well as the waitress during breakfast. The night-checkin was also smooth as well as the check-out, especially appreciated we could check out at 11am. The room was not that clean. There were no glasses, dirt was on the wall and mold on the matrace. That was not the best experience, but the location was good, and the staff was kind.

I am used to traveling and don't think I have ever complained before. However, while I can understand prices being raised due to events in the city (Salzburg was hosting the UEFA Super Cup when I visited), there is no excuse for neglecting room cleanliness—I stayed for three nights and the room was never cleaned, despite my request—or for such a lack of attention to details.

The hotel is not in the city centre but is well connected. The staff were very friendly and sweet. They let me store my backpack after checking out. I stayed in a shared female dorm room for one night and it was filthy! The shower did not drain correctly. There is no ventilation in the toilet. My backpack wouldn't fit in the locker.
