Location was ok. The hospitality with pretzel and coffee machine is welcoming despite no stuff being there. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Our room was in the attic (top floor) the ceiling is pretty low. Small windows. Can be claustrophobic but we did not feel that way. The temperature was ok at the time since it was a rainy summer day but I believe that it gets very hot during heat wave (only with a portable aircon with intake going through open window). No elevator.

Salzburg mobility pass is a good idea. The Hotel is close to the bus stop. Close (by bus) to the city center. The room is comfortable, quiet. Breakfast is not included and in the Hotel is not available. Parking is on the street. The TV service even for German speaking people is miserable. More or less for the same price there are Hotels in the neighbourhood with breakfast (paid) and parking possibility. There is no reception, you can take the room only after check in time (no luggage store

Room was nice, very clean, check in was very easy

The space is well distributed. The welcoming, the coffee Nespresso, assorted goodies, the fast text responses…and that little breakfast breads (different everyday) place very early on a little basket in front of our door….it was a delight thoughtful. It’s a warm small hotel. We liked very much our staying…we will definitely recommend it. We basically like everything

Cleanliness

Great location, clean room, easy check in, perfect spot to rest after a day of sightseeing. Perfect for two travellers who are not a couple. Great value.
-
Clean, modern, comfortable rooms. Easy walk to town. Bonus was the fresh rolls or pretzels left outside our room for breakfast and Chocolates available to eat with coffee and some teas.
-
Very nice staff, left some pastries for us every morning, and kept sweets and coffee available at all times.
-
Attention to detail, despite being small quarters it had all you needed with added special touches ( daily croissant breakfast and awe coffee bar, shower soap was awesome etc Nothing

The room was clean e very confortable. The owners give some amenities that we appreciated , like free coffee/tea, a bread in the morning at the door and others. Close to the city center with good bus lines nearby. For those that think that a personal interactions is a important experience , the all remote interactions during the stay is a point, but for me was ok.

Very comfortable with all necessary facilities. Breakfast is not included but a bread roll/croissant is provided in the morning. Walking distance to what we wanted to see. Nice Indian restaurant next door Nothing really

The room was very small. It was too hot in the building. We were in a ground floor room and opening the window to cool it down made it much too noisy.

The location is good … the room is pretty decorated. The staffs were very helpful, they responded to questions really fast. The bread they gave us in the morning and chocolates at the counter for the guests to take is really a nice gesture from the hotel. The water in the sink didn’t drain fast … but it’s just a minor problem.

Centrally located within walking distance to all the key attractions. Room size was decent but it was functional with small fridge. Can park for brief period in front of hotel to offload/load. Linzer Garage is max19euro perday. Appreciated the pastry , coffee & sweets, nice surprise Nothing. It would be great if it had parking for guest

Location was good. We appreciated the treats and available coffee. There was only one small trash can in the bathroom.
-
Very easy to placate and get inside. The room was comfortable as well as the bed and bedding. Location is good as you can walk to the city center in 15 minutes and there are many bus lines very close to the hotel. Having coffee and tea available all the time was very nice. The breakfast pastry delivered to your room each morning was fabulous! My room was next to a restaurant and if I opened my window the smell was overpowering from the restaurant.

The blinds on the window were very sheer, and so the room was very bright all night long. It was very difficult to sleep. If they simply put up some light blocking shades, it would make all the difference. There was also some sort of motor that kept cycling on all night long, which we couldn’t figure out what it was, but it kept waking us up

Every thing was good Very clean there is free coffee machine and candies Very bakeries for breakfast ( 1 piec for each person) The location is perfect Just two points (otherwise I would have given them 10): • No elevator. • Our room was number 7, and it had a sloping roof. I’m 190 cm tall, so I kept hitting my head everywhere in the room, especially in the bathroom. Otherwise, everything was very good, and they handled our request for a late checkout. Thank you for that!
