Reception was beautiful and staff very helpful. Breakfast was lovely with a nice choice of foods set out in a pretty courtyard. Location of the hotel is superb. Rooms were poorly decorated, resembling an airport hotel. Rooftop pool only had about 15 beds, completely inadequate for the size of the hotel and service on the roof was shocking. Had to repeatedly request drinks before eventually getting them.

Breakfast, location This was the first that I had to make a reservation in a hotel to use the sauna. With the result that I was unable to use it.

Extremely helpful staff, and in particular the concierge. His name escapes me now, but the head of the concierge desk was just amazingly helpful and I could tell that it made the rest of his team wanting to help us all the time as well. Absolutely top notch service class! Ok, so you were fully booked and I did find a room via booking.com or similar…but the room(s) were really sub standard for a hotel such as yours. Small and very strange bathroom layout.

Breakfast was a little bit confusing. Staff forgot about our coffees (although there were more staff than guests on site at the time). Also for more than 20 minutes there was no cheese/ham on the board. We were not the only table discussing this issue. One can say, that we should tell the staff. However, most guests are usually a bit shy and expect the highest standard at this kind of hotel, not having to ask for such a basic thing. Also, a member of staff went to check the buffet repeatedly and nothing happened anyway. Nevertheless, this is a constructive criticism, we liked the hotel and will come back!

The staff was amazing. Linda went the extra mile to make our visit so warm and welcoming with the extra touches she provided. Nicholas was very friendly, and his #1 goal was providing a positive customer service experience. There were others that we saw regularly (one female server that is getting her MBA - we didn't get her name - was kind and interested in us each day. Very sweet). The rooftop bar was terrific, and we appreciated the free beverages in our rooms each day. The hotel also arranged for dinner reservations (and provided an excellent recommendation at Noto) as well as car service back to the airport upon our departure. The location is perfect. Walking distance to the entire town.
