Property was beautiful. Great outdoor area for relaxing and morning coffee. Great location!! Within walking distance to everything, but a little tucked away from the nightlife. While booking I requested a specific room which I was told to have reserved. When we checked in we were given a completely different room. Handicapped accessible. The shower head didn’t work and we had to use the handle piece to bathe. Water was everywhere in the bathroom and it didn’t drain well from by the sink, so you’re feet stayed wet while getting ready. Room was large though. Still, not the room I asked/reserves. Disappointed.

The location was good for me but not near the water, so I did have a little walking on narrow sidewalks. I didn’t mind the walk considering the accommodations were comfortable. Nothing

Everything .. beautiful , comfortable , great staff and location

I booked 1 deluxe room and 1 standard room. Both of my rooms were standard. The manager told me that one of my room was a deluxe but it was not. İts even on the hotel’s website. İts called a pool room. (Not the upper level)

It was clean and very close to the Saturday market. They could have some pool service but accommodating when we request drinks at the desk.

The Overall Mood and Vibe Nothing was really to be noted

A little noisy you can hear people from neighbouring rooms

A most charming property. Room was very comfortable and breakfast was wonderful! Appreciated the staff who served us. A delightful stay. Within walking distance to the quaint town. Loved visiting during the off season. Quiet and peaceful. Lou Cagnard is one of our favorites.

Excellent location. Reception and breakfast area is very poor, the pool and its surrounding area are dirty, there is no elevator, so of you have heavy luggage, it could be a challenge which was our case, the room was worn out.

Loved Regis our first day- he’s so kind and showed us the ropes and how to get around the city. I also liked the location - it’s perfect!! The hotel felt safe at night and met our expectations. I didn’t like the lack of replenishment of breakfast before 11am. The eggs were done and the area could have been cleaned more for those who haven’t eaten before it ends

Great location, Cute structure and very clean rooms The room were incredibly small, there was no space not even to open the luggage and the price exaggerated. Even the parking (which is in the garden of the structure) was overpriced - 40€ for one night.

Location. Easy to walk anywhere in St. Tropez. Room was very clean. Value for the money. When paying over $250 per night, the expectation for the room would be that it should be a little bit roomy; it was not, it was very small. Having to walk through the reception desk area to access the room was uncomfortable. Lastly, 25 euros for the breakfast was NOT worth it...in order to get anything ordered, WE had to ask the waiter, he didn't come to the table at all and there was no menu to see what we could order to be cooked for us.

The staff was helpful. They tried to accommodate us. The first room was horrible. The second room was an improvement, however we were situated on a very busy street which meant opening the windows impractical, as it was extremely noisy., unfortunately the room was very warm and too hot to sleep. The door to our building was very difficult to open, we had to get assistance each time we tried to enter the building. The pool was dirty. This was a disappointing experience because it was the most expensive hotel on our trip. The staff was friendly

The bathroom and toilet

The room was small, though very well appointed and met our needs. It was expensive for rooms in general, though located in San Tropez so was somewhat expected. In comparison, I believe we received good value.
-
Room didn't look like the photos, checkin wasn't finished when we arrived, no room cleaning possible at our convenience.

Great location. Nice hotel and garden. Friendly staff.

The hotel is well located in close proximity to Place des Lices and the old town. Our room was nicely decorated and offered a good amount of storage space. We didn’t use the pool area but it looked nice and clean. Our room was very close to a busy road and you could hear the street noise even with all windows closed. There was quite a nasty smell in the bathroom which seemed to originate from the shower drain. When we woke up after the first night we found quite a few ants crawling around the room. We obviously told hotel reception right away and they said they were going to do something about it. We bought a spray ourselves to be on the save side and the problem didn’t reoccur for the rest of the time we spent at the hotel. When telling the hotel staff again upon checkout they comped our parking for those disagreements, which was quite generous.
