This hotel is great . For our family was a good choice. It’s located in a beautiful area, aprox 10 min to the metro. Very clean, friendly staff. Breakfast was really good. It would be great if they manage to make check in sooner, 3 pm I think it is kind of late in the afternoon.

Big rooms, very friendly and helpful staff, good location with close access to buses and metro, family atmosphere, nice property. Air conditioning worked well under super hot temperatures outside. A bit more variety breakfast. Breakfast was good but too many sweet things, maybe add some scrambled eggs and cucumber/salat.

Big clean room, comfortable beds, exceptional front desk service. They kindly offered us breakfast outside of kitchen hours as we had to leave in the early morning. There is a terrace with a superb view. We were there during a heat wave and the air conditioning worked perfectly fine. Reception is open 24/7.

It was all good! We got an amazing villa perfect for a family of 4, beds were comfortable & air conditioning a blessing in hot July. Room seemed new & was very clean & quiet. The room also had a small fridge, kettle, microwave, plates & cutlery. Bus stop out the front goes direct into the city, reception 24hrs, parking available onsite for a very reasonable cost. Breakfast served in the morning, for the price it was amazing value, can’t fault it. N/A

Big bathroom. Chair for shower. Location and breakfast Front desk didn’t open door to room where utensils were. I couldn’t leave my room and my husband had to go buy plastic utensils. Were told upon check out that she should have helped an unlocked the room.

good dynamic breakfast every day, fantastic room and technology, the room included a mini bar where you can put your water, it was very clean. I stayed just for 2 nights and they said they change the towels every 3 days but anyways I didn't need more than 1 towel, they have at least 2 towels in the bathroom. I was not told about the city tax from the start. In the other hotels in Milan it was around 3 euro but in this hotel it was 12 euro. They should have said it from the start. Imagine you don't have enough money at the end of your journey and they tell you that you should pay that amount before you leave.
