We chose the hotel for our mini-moon, the hotel staff made sure our stay was beyond amazing. Great communication, rose petals & balloons on the bed, a free mini-fridge & refills and a suprise bottle sent to our room. I would say it’s a beautiful boujee hotel, great vibes, stunning and very clean. What an amazing time we had! There’s nothing we didn’t like about our stay

Decent size room, well laid out, clean. The shower room very good and clean. The bed was very comfortable and a good size. The location was OK for transportation links. In the room, first shower and found the shampoo/ body wash empty took two calls to reception to get it delivered. Replacement of coffee pods variable, some days done, others not! Asked for fan as heat oppressive, AC struggled. Arrived on our last night there at 7.00pm! Restaurant on limited service, even less available on Sunday without notification until sat down. Ordered a bottle of white wine, no bother, ice bucket, fine. Ordered a second bottle after dinner, same wine not available as only one bottle, the wine was placed on the table, no ice bucket. Requested an ice bucket and that was just placed on the table before the server run off. While some staff were decent and friendly, others not so.

The hotel was located in a lovely quiet area away away from the rush, but super close to the metro so very easy to get to all the attractions within 15/20 mins! The hot tub was fabulous. .. used in during the day and night! You can choose cold and hot water according to your mood! N/A

The location is great. In a quiet are but close enough to the metro so you can easily get into the city centre. Just be careful if coming back very late the streets in this neighbourhood are very badly lit so that was scary. Staff was lovely too. The room was really dirty. We paid for an upgrade and there was so much dust on the golden thing above the bed and there were red stains on the sheets. I was mortified.
