Perfect location, central, very close to the Vatican, but quiet. Very clear check-in instructions. Simple breakfast solution, in the corridor, with coffee, tea, fruit, toast, jam biscuits. Yoghurts in fridge. Excellent air-conditioning, which was needed! Good bed. Very clean. Helpful manager, easy to leave bags after check-in. -

I recommend Vatican Paradise due to its fantastic location—very close to Rome's main attractions, the Vatican, the bus stop for the 'tourist' line 81, a metro station going to the main train station, and the airport shuttle bus stop. Everything is within a short walking distance. The neighborhood is quiet, elegant, and filled with plenty of shops, restaurants, pizzerias, and gelato shops. The B&B is located in a beautiful, elegant tenement building equipped with an antique elevator. The room itself was highly functional, well-equipped, and comfortable. The downside of the stay was the cleanliness of the room's floor and a stained mattress cover. Such items should be regularly replaced in hotels, and the floors and carpets should be thoroughly cleaned. The breakfast was quite symbolic, consisting of toast and coffee, though this might just be because Italians generally do not eat heavy breakfasts. Despite this, we appreciated being able to have a quick bite and a morning coffee before heading out.

Fantastic location near the Vatican. There are restaurants nearby, public transport right outside the door and walking distance to lots of sights.

Location was great, exactly what we wanted. The room was clean and nice, very friendly and helpful staff. Coffee machine, toaster, microwave in corridor for everybody. Simple continental breakfast- yogurt, milk, juice, two kinds of cereal, toast, prepackaged muffins and croissants from supermarket box, cookies, coffee and tea. Milk and yogurt were in a fridge in the room, everything else was in a corridor between four rooms. There was also a cabinet for plates and cups. We were eating in the room on a low magazine table, uncomfortable. We did not expect and did not like communal style living, four rooms and corridor for all breakfast staff. We read description of the apartment at saw word ‘kitchen’, but kitchen was only available for the management. The were only local Italian TV channel, nothing for English speaking tourists. Next time we would investigate a bit more before booking.

Perfect location and loved lift!! Not property owners fault but whoever lives in the apartment above was very noisy late at night. Sounded like they were doing back flips? And running through flat.

The host was very helpful. The room was spacious, bright and clean. The location was great, easy access by bus, tube or on foot. There were several nice restaurants, breakfast places around us. We highly recommend Vatican Paradise if you want to stay in Rome.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. There were several great breakfast items both in our room and in the common area. The owners were very kind and easy to communicate with.

Location is great. Place is outdated but it is expected in a building with that age. However they have tried to update the interior with a nice foyer. The room had a great corner view to the Main Street , Cola Di Rienzo. The bathroom is tiny. Could not shower with the sliding door shut, due to limited arm movement. I had to soap up outside of the shower and then rinse it off once inside. Needs new mattress.
